2 points to look for in 100 baggers--

a company must be able to reinvest returns on capital again and again,

its ceo must be aligned to think like a shareholder eg own at least 10% of stock.

Edit s/

The LSE Asylum has deleted a post by a long time contributor and handed out a three day suspension. The crime: telling the truth about UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson.

The poster described Steve as a liar. The Asylum received a complaint and ruled that this was against house rules as it was defamatory. I guess that it will now be removing thousands of posts about me and barring a vast number of its moronic users on the same basis? Maybe not.

But a comment cannot be defamatory if it is verifiably and demonstrably true. And the video below from a BBC programme, also featuring some classic Leni-Maths from Big Dave and some very prescient comments from a well informed investigative journalist, shows Steve Sanderson telling a slam dunk whopping great big fat lie to the BBC. And that is why he cannot sue me for calling him Lyin’ Steve and why comments about hm being a liar are not defamatory. The are true. Steve Sanderson is a proven liar.

I wonder who complained to the LSE Asylum about this post. Was it Lyin’ Steve himself or UK Oil & Gas. In which case Lyin’ Steve should research the Streisand effect and realise how this will backfire. Or was it just a moron who does not like being reminded that he is invested in a company run by a liar? That is to say Uk Oil & Gas and Lyin’ Steve Sanderson.

the best is via share buy backs and acquisitions via free cash flow.imo

since the 2008 , alot of ceos go for low interest loans.

but stevie loves dilution, its his middle name amongst others.imo.

stevie no shares/dilution sanderson

RE: SorryToday 09:13Mr Sanderson is the chief executive whose role is to increase share holder value. Number one role.

the primary role of the ceo is allocation of capital!!! not share holder value.

he/she may choose to dilute via equity raise, debt reduction, dividends, share buybacks, bank /corporate loan,or allocate by reinvesting profits, mergers and acqusitions, rights issues, to generate the most return on capital.

stevie sanderson chooses dilution and big dilution.!!!

choices ,choices
