And we had a RNS informing is that SS could not exercise the options because of the liquidity issue caused by YA as a cornerstone investor. So that debunks another theory beloved by the derampers.

Those 4.5 million shares Morzaria holds were held before he became a UKOG director.

I think our 'debate' has only highlighted the weakness of the UKOG investment case; no smart money invested.

Everyone knows that the only reason the bod have not bought any shares is because of the interminable close period of the last few years. Once that is over just watch them all pile in. The derampers will try every trick in the book. Sheesh.

cyan--LATEST--I think you and I ARE correct. Whilst Henchard has provided evidence of Director share INTERESTS only

Mr. Kiran Caldas Morzaria---actually holds shares---4.5m all others are ONLY OPTIONS. I double checked on my iiInvestor Portfolio and this confirms that Morzaria is indeed the ONLY director that actual holds shares.

Maybe an apology will come to us two in due course?? ha Ha

WELL I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY A HUMAN EXPERIMENT TEST.
and it worked...by saying share % were being held by certain people I managed to start a debate and for a short while the usual derampers disappeared nand this chat board changed for the better.
The Experiment worked BUT ALAS IT IS NOW OVER.

WATCH THE DERAMPERS APPEAR NOW as if by magic.LOL.

SS's and other director interests can be found in



p. 26: "13. SHARE OPTIONS, INCENTIVES AND WARRANTS"

and

p. 164: "7. DIRECTORS’ AND OTHER INTERESTS" (para. 7.2)

Note that "Other than as set out in this paragraph 7.2 of this Part V, at Admission there will be no options and/or warrants over Ordinary Shares held by the Directors."

... and there's been no RNS notifying any change since. The company MUST notify the market of any change.

Cyan----I think we are both WRONG---Looking at the company accounts directors--including Sanderson have opted to have part of their remuneration paid in shares. They also have options on shares which have not as yet been taken up by Sanderson as he is still in a closed period. I have yet to locate where it states how many shares each director holds---would have thought it would have been on their web site under INVESTORS but Directors holdings is blank. I/when i find it I will post.

The only Director to hold shares is Kiran Morzaria with 4,508,178 shares.

I am quite confident SANDERSON does not hold any shares; as Henchard said, it would have had to be RNS'd.

UKOG's shareholder list was updated 31st July 2018.

SS has had plenty of opportunity to gather shares in UKOG.

"Stephen Sanderson holds fully vested options over 85,000,000 which are exercisable at 0.4p, 1.15p and 1.82p each up until 31 December 2017, 28 September 2019 and 24 May 2022 respectively (The 0.4p options that were due to expire on the 31 December 2017, were extended in December 2017, until Stephen Sanderson entered into a open period, as permitted under the option agreement)."

And he still didn't take them. 0.4p would give him a better average than me.

Recheck ukog RNS,s percentages were accepted.IMO.

SS owned no shares at 13 July according to UKOG's admission document when it changed status from an investment company to an operating company. If he had bought or received any since there would have been a mandatory Director Shareholding RNS.

He has options which he has thus far failed to exercise.

His shareholding in UKOG remains 0%.

news to me. where was that announced?.

UKOG's site lists directors holdings and other large holders (all nominees).

If Sanderson had 3% it would be on their web site
