For those able to read and understand. These PEDL's are no more. They cease to be. They have expired and gone to meet their maker. They are a late PEDL. they are a stiff. Bereft of life, and rest in peace. If you hadn't nailed them to the perch, they would be pushing up the daisies. They have rung down the curtains and joined the choir invisible. They are an ex-PEDL.

SS is doing the the most sterling job.........the next 6 to 12 months will be the most exciting so far and a company maker with the 90 day production flowtests confirming the multi-billion potential as the imminent reserves upgrade will surely suggest.

They currently have c£7m cash in the bank, and the sale of the test oil will also provide Ukog with a significant revenue stream on their 27.3% interest at HH and Ukog's ultimate value will be commensurate to the price of oil, bookable reserves and % interest of the Kimmeridge that Ukog owns......the more the better!!! Gla holders, RNS anytime now. ;-)

The "drop" in drill or drop for Mpet Celtique's 231 and 243 has been activated and is confirmed as per the following link..... and also exciting news for HH from the link;

the update on DECC's portal, confirm that 231 and 243 licences have since been extended.



The press release from Mpet states that as well as Ukog acquiring 234, they will also acquire 231 and 243.

No doubt Ukog will be releasing an RNS to clarify exactly what has happened, and no doubt the Nutech/Xodus reserves upgrade will follow shortly afterwards. GET READY FOR SOME SERIOUS UPSIDE!!! Gla holders ;-)))

They could have PEDL 178, 345.7, 999 or 4291 - it doesn't matter one jot, they don't have enough cash and aren't generating any revenue!

It was a great move by Ukog, and Mpet had no choice ( drill or drop, litigation with Celtique and desperate for cash ), and i'm not sure the that the cash received by Mpet is enough to keep their Nasdaq listing and so they still might need more and have to give up some of their 35% interest in HH..... PEDL's 231 and 243 have been reliquished and going to Ukog according to Mpet, and Ukog have more than enough cash to take some of Mpet's 35% of HH, another 10% to Ukog would be great.....let's see what the next Rns reveals. Significant upside is imminent regardless imho Gl ;-)

Money munch I reckon Magellan will hold onto the 35%. off loading the other licences was a bold and shrewd move for all parties looking back ukog would of thought it's a better deal to buy 100-percent outright of bigger licences than fork out more for 35% of a smaller sized oip licence of HH.hoping for rns Friday or early next week..And $ in the bank for mpet. Talk about the 11th hour... not sure brexit was invloved though as june deadline already part of agreement with celtique ages ago....

UKOG is on a one way trajectory from small cap explorer to the UK's leading mid cap oil producer.....very likely a MAJOR oil producer given the multi-billion barrel potential that is unfolding as Ukog's story develops. GLA holders ;-)

The details contained in the link you have provided have not changed for ages and still have 30/6/16 as the Initial Term End Date. Not sure which bit of that you did not understand in my previous post.

PS 234 got an extension of 1 year to the Initial Term

Looks to me like the Initial Term End Date has stayed the same; 30/6/16 but don't quote me on that!
PEDL 234 still has an end date of 30/6/16.
Every single PEDL issued in 2008 has exactly the same dates.
If it had been extended we would have had an RNS IMO.

PEDL's 234, 231 and 243 all licenses extended, and conditional on the sale of 243 to Ukog and presumably the reliquishment of 231 and 243 to Ukog, as per Mpet's press release....news tomorrow very likely. Gl ;-)
