Maybe Ukog have plans to increase their stake at Holmwood??? Gla ;-)

All necessary planning consents are now in place for the drilling of the Holmwood-1 exploration well. This well will test the Portland sandstone, Kimmeridge Clay and Corallian targets, in an analogous trap configuration to the Horse Hill-1 oil discovery. Holmwood-1 drilling will most likely take place in late 2016 or 2017.

MMs seem happy enough to take the shares without dropping the offer. Either there's a biggish undeclared buyer or they know something we don't!

"UKOG announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed." is probably all you will get out of the AGM.
Anything else would be price sensitive and have to come out by RNS.

Unlikely unless there's a specific AGM statement, but UKOG hasn't issued one of these before so it's not likely.

Oil going for a double bottom? But 2nd low well above 28, probably low 30s IMO. Demand must lift now and winter out in North.

No fracking probs here, will be just the start IMO. CNR just got some funding, I am sure they'll queue to help UKOG with oil in recovery mode later.

I think this is being kept quite until after the EU vote. They know what they have but if the whole of the U K knew it could swing against the Government.

Producing oil without the need of fracking!! and at 1700 odd barrels a day is remarkable without doubt.
The lack of coverage by the UK media is even more remarkable! they should be shouting from the hilltops! and fast track this golden egg which will increase employment and help the balance of payments for HM government. Cameron and his cronies are to busy bum licking the Europeans, than help those in his own back yard!!
