Not necessarily a bad thing. The sales people will be the same and they are the important people now!

The 20k at 11.175p are mine; my broker got a very good price!

There was talk of them selling the animal health division only a few months ago.

How this will affect Tyratech's partnership with them is anyone's guess.

Just seen that Novartis have sold their animal health division to Eli Lilly! So it seems that TYR will have a new partner. It is good they got the products out before the sale as that could have delayed the launch.

Great spot md! Very surprising that they haven't made an announcement to that effect. I am trying to buy some more TYR as I write.

Only just catching up on the thread. It seems like they are doing a good job trying to market Vamousse. I have a very good feeling about this company. I think the spark will be the announcement of a UK distributor presumably Asda and/or Boots. That can't be far away now!

Some time ago a poster mentioned there would be 6 products taken to the market by Novartis. No surprise then that there are 6 Natunex products.
Pretty much guaranteed they are from Tyratech.

This is never good news in the middle of a product launch. I've seen it too many times before. I'll be taking my profits first thing and I'll jump ship. I think there is better investments elsewhere at the moment so why take the risk.

Good luck all.

Looks like Novartis are selling this right now. Suprised Tyra hasn't issued a formal RNS but perhaps they are linking it to a big formal launch after Easter. Still, looks pretty comprehensive in terms of coverage etc so fingers crossed.

Big find I'd say. So this and the head lice sales. And the price has been drifting for weeks so it looks good value for a bounce next week.

A good updated article on the Proactive investors site:

Speaking to Proactive Investors, Jactel said the company remains in discussions with numerous other retailers interested in stocking its products, but is largely focusing on making the Wal-Mart roll-out a success at the moment.

In September of last year the company revealed it has reached a preliminary distribution agreement for 2014 to place TyraTech's head lice product with a major pharmacy chain in the USA, representing around 8,500 pharmacy stores or close to 15% of retail pharmacy stores in the USA.

The company is supporting the launch of Vamousse in the US with a "very strong marketing campaign", Jactel revealed, combining "clear information to the mums as well as to the [medical] professionals".

"We are working in a category where the current competitors are not really investing in marketing – their products being very old, and maybe [regarded as] cash cows," Jactel said.

21trader- not at the moment but Vamousse is registered to be sold in the UK and no doubt deals with retailers should be coming later on this year.
Walmart may even look to sell in it's Asda stores if sales go well (as they seem to be) at Walmart.
