UKMassy,

I think the answer is that it's moving towards fair value, catalysed by the Midas tip. (For a similar situation where a share bumped along unloved and unwanted and was catalysed by a tip which then led to institutional buying look at Scancell which 11-bagged from February to October 2012.)

Can anyone answer? Are we likely to get a no reason for the rise RNS soon? Or is there a reason?

It's no longer priced to fail -- which truly was (to borrow from Nobbygnome) "astonishing" given the partnerships it had. But what is fair value? I'd say about 25p at the moment on the basis of the forecast earnings for 2015 (c. 1pps) and the scope for very rapid profitable growth with new store listings and new countries for Vamousse and Novartis using its brand and sales force for the animal health products.

Well done all long term holders!!!

As has been said loads of times , the shocking thing is the difference in price of TYR and TYRU.
I have now finshed offloading all my TYRU and bought back TYR. They are currently 5 pence cheaper, how stupid is that!!!!

Although, won't they be obliged to issue an RNS soon?

When I said earlier today that the chart indicates this could easily go to 20p, I didn't expect it to be today........

The MMs tried a pullback but the buyers came back strongly so I wouldn't be surprised if it does reach 20p! Here is that word again........astonishing!

As a very long term holder who has often posted on here to myself, this just shows the inefficiencies of the stock market and the fact that stocks in Aim are almost entirely affected by sentiment. When its good, its very good. As for the differential between TYRU and TYR - I agree, it makes no sense.....

There is just about a 50% difference between TYRU selling price and TYR buy price. I have never seen this sort of situation before. I know I keep on saying it but.... this is truly astonishing!!!!

It has already gone up over 2 fold in a week. The chart indicates we could go back to 20p very easily so that would be a 3 fold increase!

I am still expecting a pullback at some point but you have to say there is no sign of it at the moment. The buys just keep on coming and there are very few sellers.

Walmart

17,000 pharmacies

Home Depot

Target

Amazon

Novartis taking their products around the globe.

Growth prospects for sure but don't expect too much too quickly.

Tyratech has been in a sideways move for 2 years
and now it has gotten out of this .
Could easily go 2-3-4 fold from here in 1 year.

The placing is for buttons and dilution is minimal. Therefore not likely to hold share price back IMO.

The placing has not yet been approved. 18th Feb for that.

If Close has been buying in the market it would go some way to explaining the recent rise in the share price. Discounted placings aren't usually followed by a 100% rise in the share price!!

It might not have been a mistake if you got 2000000 out of the placing at 5p.

Rather unusual.

Close Asset Management up their holdings by 2m after reducing by 800k last month.

Expensive mistake.

My broker will convert my tyr to tyru in the next week or so as I bought the tyr over a year ago so I am hoping the shares will appear in my online account in about a weeks time.cheers

I did a big switch today out of tyru into tyr. I really struggled to buy the tyr though, the market makers simply don't hold the stock so I suspect the arbitrage won't carry on for too long unless tyru keeps rising. Interesting times.

W8BEN form is irrelevant unless you're worried about the level of tax on your dividends.
AFAIAA, the main difference between the Reg S and unrestricted share is that the Reg S doesn't settle through Crest, so most online brokers don't allow it to be traded.
Please correct me if you know otherwise.

Still got about 2p to make up to reach TYRU price. How difficult is it really to fill in a W8BEN form? Surely not so hard to justify paying a 25% premium for the same shares?

Plenty of punters seem to agree with you looking at the trades today. 3 sells for a total of 60-odd K vs 460K bought.

Most unexpected, I thought we might see a bout of profit taking.

I honestly thought I had "TYR" in portfolio along with "TYM". TYM making profit, but was I annoyed (after a bit of time of sick and sit at pc) to realise I didn't buy "TYR"
I was following the news and chat in work without checking confirming if I actually owned any.
What an Ass""""
Anyway I still think its a buy folks. Anyone agree? Can anyone get me off this wine I'm drinking since checking todays price?

PS. Don't usually post- no expert by half. Maybe I'll start chucking a few posts in. Good Luck.
