20/11/2018 17:06 | shame and good luck with the new house - some things are more important... | edwardt
20/11/2018 17:04 | Yeah, getting ridiculous now Edward. Been an expensive year already with the house move so will use whatever’s left to pay off some house related expenditure. Expensive lesson learned too. | chemistdude

20/11/2018 15:52 | i suspect and i hope i am wrong -this arrangement is what is unnerving me the Loan Facility will mature on 11 January 2020, although can be terminated earlier in the event of a cash offer for the Company. EFH has confirmed that it currently only holds 254,318 of the Loan Shares, although DCIL has a contractual right to re-acquire 6,000,000 equivalent shares in the Company from EFH on maturity of the Loan Facility. | edwardt
20/11/2018 15:49 | edwardt: what makes me feel a little better is my view that ET didn't sell anyone anything with malice. He and the team, at one point in time (including when Edi was loading up to help defend the share price back up to 200p on the shorter "attack") really believed TUNG to be the next London unicorn. ...just wasn't to be. | manics
20/11/2018 15:32 | well done you. i have given up. i will not add any more. i simply can not take the pain. | edwardt
20/11/2018 15:08 | 10% down on 120k shares worth £32-35k :( I will buy few. Volume is too low for this type of crash | bs76
20/11/2018 14:53 | i think we all have to move on - this has been a humbling experience for me- lesson number 1, never buy a story with a liar on top. - i don't aim that Rick , for me ET sold me a pup. i went on his reputation. mistake. | edwardt
20/11/2018 14:50 | 'Inflection point' I presume that means instead of losing lots of money we lose just about all of it?? | dollarzpounds

20/11/2018 08:20 | industry consolidation normally means that businesses value their equity more than the market does. should be a good thing... | edwardt
20/11/2018 07:42 | It would appear Tradeshift are the ones sniffing around Basware?? How does this effect us if at all?? | dollarzpounds
19/11/2018 14:38 | edwardt- your are right. FT was showing wrong marketcap. I suppose they show marketcap based on previous day price. 510m is around 3.5 times revenue. I'm happy to sell my Tung shares for that as well :) :) :) | bs76
19/11/2018 10:43 | i hope it is not us because it would be a tad dilutive! | edwardt
19/11/2018 10:35 | bs76 - market cap is 510m, unless my data source is on the blink... | edwardt
