i suspect and i hope i am wrong -this arrangement is what is unnerving me

the Loan Facility will mature on 11 January 2020, although can be terminated earlier in the event of a cash offer for the Company. EFH has confirmed that it currently only holds 254,318 of the Loan Shares, although DCIL has a contractual right to re-acquire 6,000,000 equivalent shares in the Company from EFH on maturity of the Loan Facility.

edwardt: what makes me feel a little better is my view that ET didn't sell anyone anything with malice.

He and the team, at one point in time (including when Edi was loading up to help defend the share price back up to 200p on the shorter "attack") really believed TUNG to be the next London unicorn.

...just wasn't to be.

i think we all have to move on - this has been a humbling experience for me- lesson number 1, never buy a story with a liar on top. - i don't aim that Rick , for me ET sold me a pup. i went on his reputation. mistake.

edwardt- your are right. FT was showing wrong marketcap. I suppose they show marketcap based on previous day price.

510m is around 3.5 times revenue. I'm happy to sell my Tung shares for that as well :) :) :)

Basware price is 34.30 up 11.20 (48.48%)

at 34.30 market cap is 332.68m Eur

revenue for 2017 was 149m Eur

so now bit over 2 times revenue
