Was torn between wanting to see how the new management/strategy did and seeing a takeover bid but it does looks like the people in charge yet again are bereft of ideas - put me out of my misery let's see a takeover bid!

TFS may well be lending $Billions.
But...
The question is - is that at a profit and what is the exposure to bad debts.

I welcome loans 10m+ at 0% for 10 years.
And will probably pay them back.

a bank taking a 49% stake in tfn and throwing its clout behind it will be like a coke dealer at the brit awards (in huge demand).

i have lowered my avg to 62-63. So I will sell anything above that and run :)

yes TFN sale will be good- will reduce cost and make company cashflow +ve. I think just being cashflow +ve will have a positive impact on the share price

On the face of it Edward I could not see the logic of selling off a large chunk of tfn however having thought about it , IF the buyer is a major player in the financial arena and can get the thing moving ???? 20% of a big pie is far better than 100% of a pile of crumbs ???

i do like idea of part sale of tfn as it should bring in a large motivated partner to ramp that part of the business so 2+2 should equal 10.

i have no desire to sell at sub £1. it is likely to be a share based deal in any event and for that i will have limited appetite.

My average is just above 200p although 80p bid to some would be a great result I wouldn't mind seeing if this review and new CEO could make a positive difference and give it another 12 months.
