I seem to recall Duke Street owned the DIY store chain Focus at one time way back when A good steady business before it was overgeared and destroyed Trying to remember the name of his junior sidekick who played rugby for Richmond (who also went bankrupt !)

The key words in the post are 'go to market', if they get that right then the last five words fall out of the tree!?

$£ I have been predicting a house price crash since 2008. One day I will be right. TUNG is at the point of starting to make money - as such, all other things being equal, the share price should go up. One day you will be right.

Non-Execs will definitely buy post third quarter update. They won’t want to miss out on any potential takeover bids. I’ll take 80p and run at this point. It’ll be up to Odey...

my vote will be not to sell. if it is going to work, i want to be on the ride. like the course of true love, it has been bumpy here for sure.

This has the potential to get taken out. The previous board and CEO mismanaged the business terribly, burnt cash for no return. The new set of non execs are all good and active. If a PE firm were in for this they would be bidding circa £50 million in a competed process potentially more. This company has a customer base to die for. It has a major go to market problem which the new executive have to resolve. The potential here is enormous....

basware looks like the sale will go through for 4.5 times revenue and still does not make a profit. we can claim to do that now and tung languishes near 1 times revenue. got to think someone would want to kick the tyres here...

There’s only one reason for an established director to buy, but many reasons for selling.

Comment on Stocko along the line of - director buys = noise - director sells = sell signal - director does not hold = sell signal I tend to agree.

Now we know, there’s no cash call coming, can the share price please return to 52 week high? Also now cash flow positive is imminent if not already here, other e-invoicing firms gotta be looking at us for M&A right? Are the new directors in a closed period or are they allowed to buy shares?

IMO third quarter will have better result after disappointing number's from first half In first half revenue grew by 2.92% (17.10 => 17.60) They seems to be quite confident to achieve revenue between 36m and 36.5m in full year FY19. For that => 2H revenue has to be over 18.5m which will be around 12.5% growth from 2H FY18 (16.50m)

Just an observation. after the H1 trading updates in Dec 2016 and 2017 respectively we didn't get any trading updates whatsoever until the following May H2 (FY17 and FY18) trading update i.e. no update for 6 months. It seems we are breaking tradition. After Odey and his best mate Bromovsky ousted Hurwitz, they tell us cash has gone up £700k in just 31 days (£1.8m to £2.5m) for the first time in the companies history and have decided we will now get a so called "Third Quarter" update on Monday 25th February. Why suddenly give us a third quarter update?
