lets just look at what has been said so far........

Funds raised....bringing on a senior team of current exec's within the PR sector..........yeah???? oh and then he has said he will be making aquisitions, of which i expect to be mainly paper and some cash......

And finally a further 15 mil pre-arranged...

So we can start to look at companies like MSQ, TMMG, Cello etc etc. markie, buy some shares or eat humble pie shortly ....gla

imo 50mil cap inside 12-18 months! there will be dilution, but i expect everything to be revenue enhancing! dyor....done mine lol

£2.75m isn't much to start a financial PR firm from scratch - and it is at 0.1p (which is now a 33% discount to prevailing price!)

A "New Dawn"? thats a bit dramatic! What we've got is one bloke who might raise a bit of money and hire some clapped out mates from "back in the day".

which might work - to be fair. or it might not....

Interesting though, for sure. and I'm sure eventually I'll buy some shares just for the hell of it.

sorry, but is it just me that see's something of a connection with Media square? (MSQ) TSE comes in to play over the last few months and this same time their stock tanks???? im of the opinion that could be due to msq's debt and it may well be a case of why buy the company and huge debt, when you can buy the staff and most of their clients without the debt??? now add Wrights statement about 30 new staff in the telegraph, and two years in the making???? there's one possible theory....gla dyor

well u r correct, 10mil @ .001509 however, its very common to trade within the spread........anyhow im confident that investors will like the new strategy and management, I very much doubt the placing holders are selling any shares else they hinder short term growth, thus I doubt wright would have pulled investors in with out assurances they will hold their positions...imo. id guess the current sellers are long term holders looking for an exit so as to recover some of their investment in the old company. come next week Id expect selling to dry up on news. gla
