Posted at 09/12/2010 11:46 by equitydealer007 as one recently said....Tseg is in effect a cash shell, with funds from the placing and the sale of TSE ..... assuming both go through. They are hitching the company's future to the management of David Wright who built up Incepta (now part of Huntsworth plc). Holders are therefore backing both the new management and the new strategy. The early performance is likely to be positive due to anticipation of deals and a tight shareholding list all of whom want the stock to perform in order to provide the currency for acquisitions. The future is likely to be exciting to say the least and given the right market environment could be extremely profitable. tick tock.... |

Posted at 29/6/2010 10:23 by mike_f TSE Group (TSEG, 0.17p, £1.38m) Revenues in the year to December 2009 increased 43% to £1.58m (£1.10m) though higher admin costs, including £0.08m of development costs written off, led to an operating loss of £0.16m (profit £0.03m) and lower finance income led to a loss before tax of £0.17m (profit £0.03m). The losses mask a significant period of activity expansion including new offices in Istanbul, and further associate offices in Cairo, Warsaw & Dubai. 2010 is reported as having started well. More intriguingly the group states it would be better as part of a larger group and that it has been approached by a number of sports related companies. SPECULATIVE BUY |

Posted at 26/4/2010 08:57 by watchout2 This is not cheap by a mile.30k profits for a 1.38 mil market cap. Peg issued 1 mil profits and strong cash generation for a 3.34 mil market cap this morning, divide that by 3 and you get 333k profits for same market cap as Tseg and they made 30k. It's just desperate rampers hoping that they can sell their stock on any crazy decimal spike. Be warned. Even if they made 150k profits the valuation is fair at best ! |
