Very interesting Piedro. Not being an expert but looking at that "pass through" contraption it is hard to see how effective it could be anyway, but they managed to sell 2800 is interesting. Looks like a return to old fashioned cleaning is now being recommended. Not sure that helps Tristel though until it enters America. Are these things used in other Tristel trading countries?Regards,Source

FYI,

FDA Orders Recall for All Custom Ultrasonics Automated Endoscope Reprocessors
... An estimated 2,800 AERs manufactured by Custom Ultrasonics are currently in hospitals and outpatient clinics throughout the United States ...
... The safety communication issued by the FDA today recommends that health care facilities currently using Custom Ultrasonics AERs transition away from their use to alternative methods to reprocess flexible endoscopes as soon as possible. ...

either way PE of 22, with EPS expected to be flat next year, with as say no FDA outcome for a long while. Bought for 74p, so happy for myself and happy for you if it keeps rising

You cannot add the special dividend into the current yield, that is very misleading.

I dont understand it either, always better to travel than arrive, so to sell before the final lap seems illogical.

PE is 22 based on current year broker forecasts and also summer 2016 is only six months away. Therefore strange logic for your sale but best of luck anyway.

sold. PE approaching 30, and no FDA approval until summer 2016.

I think that Investors Champion do a very good job and cover lots of small caps with regular analysis.

It is totally up to the reader whether he likes or dislikes each company and the value of the commentary but it costs nothing and is a useful research library of company comments.

I do know they meet with directors or visit nearly all of the companies which is more than most investors do.

Petewy, I think that just by the vast number of recommendations to BUY that IC must be right some of the time and wrong some of the time. If they tip say 7-8 shares per week then that’s probably 15-20% of the entire market tipped each year. Not really having a did at IC or other tip sheets but that’s just the nature of the beast.

Thank you Investorschampion, if you had interviewed the CEO you
might have been able to present something new.

SOS - same old stuff.

Well I suppose one should expect that given his background as a banker! :). I think he is ex-Goldmans Sachs if I'm not mistaken. Seems he still has a large holding and options even so (albeit many coming his way for "free"). Hopefully more institutions will come sniffing and drive this up given Tristel's strong future. Regards,Source.

Source,

I believe our CEO can be quite money hungry.

In 2013, whilst the rest of the board bought up 2,647,521 ord. shares equalling the Downing LLP sale, our Paul did not participate and later unloaded 200k.
