Tony will have to pull a rabbit out of the Hat.

It is by no means over yet,though it is blatantly obvious that with a hole already blown in $60Million of overall expenditure,this is only for the big boys
without which,we certainly could not risk going it alone.

Drilling costs are simply too high,and so far no known logic as to why there has
been such evidence of Gold around,yet the drills have missed by $60Million worth over the years.

We can merely accept the possibility that in Newmont`s case,if there was any evidence of a 70% chance of finding 1 Million ozs + and a 20% chance of finding
5 Million ozs + they would have picked the 20% chance,yet We would certainly need believable evidence of at least a an above 50% chance to go it alone,or attract A.N.Other White Knight.

For the time being I daresay a hope that Newcrest stay with a budget and we
reduce down our stake and hold onto cash.

That at least buys time to see what Barrick decide,and whatever plans Newmont
may have for their stake in TPJ.


It was all worth a shot at what could have been something awesome,yet Newmont
have put paid to that,and now all down to whether Newcrest have anything worthy to announce as a last minute saviour of the dreams.

One could ask, if the Big Three all shut up shop, what would we need a cash call for? If there has been mention of a cash call then someone must be planning a drilling campaign somewhere.

Current market cap is £2.3m

One could argue after allowing for cash, listing value, carried tax losses etc that all the JVP agreements are in for nothing in this curret market valuation?

I agree Rich. I am surprised not one of the big 3 JVP's has tried to take out TPJ down here.

The data they hold alone on the others assets would be worth a few £million outlay surely?

Spoke with fraser on tues said he had results from drilling and they where independently verifying them, said he would release them this week, surprised myself they weren't out this morn
