13/2/2017 11:21 | Used to do mid-Feb updates but not in the last two years. May get something this week, if not we may have to wait until June. | martinthebrave
13/2/2017 10:10 | News vacuum possibly until finals, FD's little sale, loss of chart momentum, these could all be short term factors. Happy holding and happier still if I get a chance to add in low 60s or 50s. If Arden are thinking of putting any clients into it, they would find such prices attractive too. We won't know much about business performance or current prospects until the finals, but there seems no reason at this point to believe anything has changed. It's a bore waiting, but as I and others have said previously, it's pleasing to be invested in a company whose current management does not hype with regular announcements that ultimately have minor consequence. | photon
13/2/2017 09:59 | Chart beginning to look a little ropey? | spooky

04/2/2017 19:02 | you can see my point in the above article? Its one thing having 60% of the shares when they are worth about £900K, its quite another when they are worth £6 Million. It must be temping for one or other of them to want to cash in OR get some big dividend payment... Thus, in my opinion, 2017 could be an interesting year for Triad - what do our 60% owners want to do now?? Where do they go from here? £6M in their pockets or do they have another plan?? AIM shares are free from inheritance tax, FTSE are not. Currently Triad are quoted on the the big board so they cant simply pass the shares on to their heirs - too much inheritance tax. Anyway this is an interesting year.. | netcurtains
04/2/2017 10:13 | Interesting that Rigg and Makar were once in a relationship. They hold about 60% of the company. If one decided to sell we could end up with a take-over bid of some sort......But failing that, one would think, they will want some dividend payments. £6M!!! That is an awful lot of money tied up (£3M each) not earning anything..... Could be an interesting YEAR AHEAD to see how this story unfolds.. It sort of started here back in 2006: Will the ballet star want to sell or get some dividends - either way should help the SP? | netcurtains
02/2/2017 13:40 | Yes, i agree with above sentiments. The FD's sale is not significant imo as he only holds a tiny amount. | cfro
02/2/2017 13:36 | in danger of breaching trendline... mms dropping the price on every sell. | brando69
01/2/2017 18:54 | John Rigg (Exec Chairman) still holds 29.7%. That is what matters IMO. Name Equities % John C. 01/2/2017 18:24 | TT: Yep - if you get shares for more or less nothing (options at about 10p - I guess) and you are not someone who normally buys or sells shares then of course you would expect that person to sell them immediately. What counts is the "BIG" shareholders have not sold ONE share. | netcurtains
01/2/2017 18:17 | I would much rather see FDs hold onto their stock. But according to SharePad he only had around 28000 including 20000 he acquired from options on the 11th Jan @14p. If a director with a significant holding started selling then I would take note. | travellingtrader
01/2/2017 17:37 | FD selling 18,000 today. Never a great message for the market to receive. | brando69
