Hopefully an improved dividend will be some consolation while we wait for the price to catch up with results. I'm looking for 3p this year, it's perfectly affordable and would equate to a yield of around 5% at today's price.

Netty, in theory you are right but I am sure they will use it as an excuse for flat growth in due course along with Brexit. The shares are undoubtedly cheap but I struggle at the moment to see what will make them go up.

Danny Baker - Triad make money either way. They employ both permies and contractors.. Which ever way the market goes does not really matter.

Depends what you are looking for Arthur. I'm expecting revenue at the interim stage to be down, pre-tax profits flat/slightly down and interim dividend doubled. The Budget mentioned applying the IR35 tax changes for contractors to the private sector in due course so this is a small cloud on the horizon for Triad. Hopefully there will be some sunshine beforehand in terms of new client wins.
