Emphasis of matter – going concern
In forming our opinion on the financial statements, which is not modified, we have considered the adequacy of the
disclosure made in the principal accounting policies concerning the company's ability to continue as a going
concern. The group incurred a net loss of £2.5m during the year ended 31 December 2014 and, at that date, the
group's total liabilities exceeded its total assets by £316k. These conditions, along with the other matters explained
in the principal accounting policies, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt
about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments
that would result if the company was unable to continue as a going concern.

It was mission impossible from day one mate but we did far better than the media and Drosso were saying. Drosso said we wouldn't win a game and we'd be relegated by Christmas. He was wrong, AS USUAL.

Benefits in kind and share options
E Eyi received £97,241 benefits in kind during the year ended 31 December 2014 (2013: £64,226). During the year
the Company operated an employee share plan and details of options granted are shown in note 13 to the financial
statements. During the year M Hirschfield exercised share options over 90,000,000 shares. No other Directors
exercised share options during the year ended 31 December 2014.

Now to me this looks like a cash cow for the non performing shirts running this outfit.They talk the talk but actually have done nothing they set out to do in their initial remit. They have no viable/commercial resource and a very shady plan to build a roaster with only a provisional environmental permit. 7 billion shares in issue, Directors leaving on the cusp of greatness and new chairman in situ with a questionable background. It is staggering that the market has this priced where it is ! My value is around zero or less with the heavy debt thrown in.
