Tri-Star Resources plc ("Tri-Star" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Tri-Star announces that, as part of the fee arrangements with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel"), the Company has issued a total of 3,579,098 new ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to SP Angel at an average 10 day VWAP to 29 September 2017 of 0.1397 pence per share for a total value of approximately GBP5,000.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 3,579,098 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 1 November 2017.

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights following Admission will be 19,645,632,560 Ordinary Shares.

Tri-Star does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
