18/7/2014 09:06 | Indeed, Markme, but it is buckets here and buckets there. Keep the Canada bucket separate so it does not drain the "roaster pot", where, I repeat, they will need cash. Both sides same coin | ![]() drrichard
18/7/2014 09:01 | Mark ...if that's the case then that's better still because it would suggest monies for the roaster side of things are not something that concerns them.Maybe funding for roaster is closer than some have assumed. | ![]() bronislav
18/7/2014 08:55 | The Money raised has nothing to do with the roaster, it's for the work and expansion in Canada and it interestingly states Tri-star Anitomy Canada and Rockport Mining Corp, TSTR's subsidiaries in Canada. " The Convertible Bonds carry a non-cash coupon of 15% per annum which compounds half yearly and are secured by way of guarantees and debentures granted by Tri-Star Antimony Canada, Inc. and Rockport Mining Corp., the Company's Canadian subsidiaries which hold all of the Company's Canadian assets. The Convertible Bonds will be issued and redeemable at 100% of their principal amount plus accrued interest and, unless previously redeemed, converted or cancelled, will mature in June 2018. The Convertible Bonds are convertible at 100% of their principal amount plus accrued interest at the holder's option into ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a conversion price which is fixed at the time of conversion at a 10% discount to the lower of: - the latest equity funding round completed prior to the issue of the conversion notice; and - any equity funding round completed within 10 business days following the issue of the conversion notice." - The Convertible Bonds will not be listed and are transferable. | markmewerds
18/7/2014 08:16 | Today's rns gives the funds to get us through the next final push .All pieces are nearly in place ,we just need confirmation of the funding .Given the players involved here and the business plan on the table and the rewards balanced against the capex I would think funding is a formality and it will be a case of picking the best deal on the table. All in my view of course . | ![]() bronislav
18/7/2014 08:09 | Markme, I agree. This is squeeze time for TSTR. They must keep the roaster construction on time if they are to bank on incoming cash in two years. But they need to pay some salaries and place some orders for stuff. Hence the loan. So far, today the market likes it:) | ![]() drrichard
18/7/2014 07:41 | Harris ? 15% is £300k per annum How much cash is this spinning out to pay this ? | ![]() buywell2
18/7/2014 07:37 | Buywell2, It's 2 million quid and it clearly let's you know it's for working capital which will includes some salary related payments for certain. Let's not forget until we get the funding news for the roaster this will stay at these levels and bounce around a little, thinks it's what's known as a sleeper and yes it's a sleep (at the moment) Things should hopefully get interesting over the next 12 months in my opinion, have added a few million more over the last few weeks as I still believe this will become a mega play within the next 3 years of so. If your prepared to tough it out I think we will get some decent rises along the way. Ps. Don't think we will be at these levels at the end of this year , this is by far my largest holding and I am still here believing this will give us the rewards for our patience my FREINDS. As Rolf would say D1 " See what I did There" | markmewerds
18/7/2014 07:19 | 15% per annum wow | ![]() buywell2
18/7/2014 07:16 | Working capital, generally!! Would that be salary too? The Company continues to pursue its stated strategy of implementing the Antimony Roaster Project in the Sultanate of Oman (the "Roaster Project") and becoming an integrated antimony producer. The Board intends to utilise the funds raised in order to continue to develop the Roaster Project and also to provide working capital, generally. | ![]() peterz
17/7/2014 18:38 | They have this sentence in a lot of their RNSs LoL ==================== The potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature as there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource. - See more at: hxxp://www.stockmark | ![]() granitetim

17/7/2014 14:21 | Precisely. | diamond1
17/7/2014 12:11 | Probably because it was full of the usual "maybe", "perhaps" & "possibly" undertones which I thinked have dogged this share. | ![]() the drewster
17/7/2014 11:35 | How come no-one has commented on the Bald Hill update released yesterday? Sounds good but it's the same old 'jam tomorrow' type of release TSTR holders are used to. Too many 'forward looking' aspects for me to get excited about it. | diamond1
17/7/2014 09:01 | peterz, Guess you've had these even longer than me if you bought around 3p. I think you'll struggle to get your money back, there's been too much dilution since then. Maybe you should ask 'those in the know' but they've been very quiet recently. Bron, West Brom want £2.5 million for Dawson. Maybe as we've apparently lost out on Deeny the board will stump up for Dawson. Ings said yesterday that he's happy at Burnley and looking forward to the start of the season. He's also got some big local charity thing set up for launch in September so that suggests he's staying as well. | diamond1
16/7/2014 16:00 | Reminds me of the song high hopes...once there was a little old ant tried to move a rubber tree plant anyone knows an ant can't move a rubber tree plant but he had high hopes ...10/10 for perseverance gran but I can't see the purpose in it ...It won't be the same without you . | ![]() bronislav
16/7/2014 15:51 | grannytim: You really are a sicko are you not? Why on earth do you waste your time posting utter rubbish on here when you could be doing something constructive like planning your funeral? Judging from the time-frame of TSTR they'll be making handsome profits 5 years from now, but unfortunately you wont be around for that, will you? | ![]() handygandhi

16/7/2014 13:07 | Does granitetim ever step say from this board? | flyster
16/7/2014 09:40 | Keep the faith, Peterz. as long as we dont get to 3p by way of consolidation too early I will be happy. Get the roaster out of its foundations so we have a firm base and then consolidate works for me | ![]() drrichard |
