Hisense: The First TV With Freely.

BUT...Hisense will incorporate the new Freely brand across their 2024 TVs, remotes, packaging, and retail environments.

In today’s announcement, a significant development for Freely was revealed: a strategic partnership with Hisense, the rapidly advancing smart TV brand in the UK.This long-term collaboration, spanning five years, marks the first line of devices that will support the upcoming service. The collaboration signifies a mutual benefit: for Hisense, it adds significant value to its product offerings, and for Freely, it provides an established platform to reach a broader audience.

Freely will only be accessible on new, connected TVs released from 2024 onwards, raising questions about its reach and impact on viewers not equipped with the latest technology.

It is great to see the leading broadcasters in the UK - BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5 - recognize Hisense and VIDAA as leading partner in supporting their transition into a streaming-first world. And I am extremely proud and humbled that we were chosen by them to be the first platform in the world, ahead of everyone else from the industry, to support the new Freely service in the UK. It was a challenging integration, but with the help of the VIDAA and Hisense teams we delivered. Congratulations to everyone! This is a major achievement!

There's nothing wrong with insiders selling. They have bills to pay too, and I'm not being sympathetic with them, it's just the reality of the industry. At executive level you get your salary and a package of stock that pays for taxes so you can enjoy your salary sometimes you actually only get stocks, so how are you going to pay the bills without selling?

SBC is already extremely low compared to peers in our sector. If you were holding pubm or mgni you'd see a different multiple of stock based compensation being handed out to executives - much higher % of revenue than tremors - and yet the stocks performance isn't much different from ours.

Predetermined alright since they built themselves that bigger pig trough 3yrs ago…….I think what folks would like is them to pass a resolution to not sell the fkn shares until the share price reflects the “value” pumped by Ofer quarterly ……..it might just make the market think aye aye…….but no these fkn directors made tremor their own organic milking parlour
