07/12/2023 09:54 | For me something going on ... Israeli court decision delay too long IMHO they can't announce buy back as something about to happen .... Final offers due in next week and that's all I'm saying ( not offers for Nexxen ) ... Could be way off the Mark but I have a itch :) | gadgie2

05/12/2023 13:41 | Midasx "I would be astounded if Tremor have dropped the case." There's likely to be an agreement before any trial, as that's what happens in majority of cases. As you know Nano had a pre-trial agreement with their legal action against Samsung - look what happened. As I've posted previously, trmr(ex-rthm/blnx) have a long history of court cases. It's always been a red flag. It's nothing new. I said, 2 years ago, the outcome wouldn't be known for months/years. The company/sector newsflow has been as predicted. My 844p sell is still significantly above the current share price sikhthetech 9 Nov '21 - 13:20 - 13892 brimach, "written just over three weeks ago on the 19th Oc,t sees no impact from all this legal malarky" Does it? It can take months for the court outcome to be known. Tosca selling just before IPO. Shroders selling. Deeply discounted placing. Rushed IPO. Trmr state themselves in the court document that they have lost substantial business. I think there was a rush to list (with placing) because of the Alphonso dispute. "12. As a result of Defendantsâââ€& business dependent on the LGE viewership data and is continuing to lose such business, which Tremor would have retained and/or obtained but for Alphonsoâââ€&sc | sikhthetech

05/12/2023 12:52 | @loafofbread VIDAA is not public so according to IFRS and GAAP standards I believe the company can only state the initial investment of $25m - which they do carry in their balance sheet if you want to check since September last year. VIDAA has not raised any other public funding | tapa7

05/12/2023 10:13 | Looking at the funding link, we seem to be the only investor in Vidaa. Has anyone any idea how to value our $25M equity stake as it's worth a lot more than that now!! | loafofbread

05/12/2023 07:05 | Tapa7, I agree with your risk on sentiment shift following the end of the interest rate rising cycle. With large volume shifts usually somebody knows something. I would go for Court approval of the buyback? | midasx
04/12/2023 22:45 | 2. Tremor should benefit from these inflows and renewed interest for riskier equities especially given the combination of business fundamentals and valuation, I expect this confluence to drive interest by both small and big investors. Coincidently, today the ADR ended the day with almost 1M IN VOLUME, this is 10x HIGHER than the average trading day and there's two clear as water huge candles at 6pm and another just before close where someone made a huge dump but then it was picked up straight away. My point being that the stock may be getting flagged as an appealing instrument by trading algorithms and it was (today at least) under the radar of one of them already. This can go for the better or for the worse but given the potential for the stock, I think being in the radar of algos and volume screeners could result in a decent run before Christmas. Either that or some news are about to break. I wouldn't think so at this time of the year and only couple weeks after the ER. The only exception could be if we are talking about a potential buyer. I have seen this before, this year actually, where a huge volume spike preceded a buy out and it was horrible for the investors but I don't want to be this pessimistic. Fingers crossed it's just gathering momentum. What's everyone's thoughts about today's volume with no new news? | tapa7
04/12/2023 22:16 | 2 things I want to say, so there will be 2 comments. 1. The Russel is up 10% since the CPI news. I had already said this but will say it again, it is very likely that we are witnessing a markets appetite shift as the FED's (+BoE, ECB) narrative shifts from tightening to an easing policy within the next 6-9 months. Today was just another example and the continuation of what has been happening since the 14th - meaning there's a ton of small cap (and some mid cap) stocks that had tanked between 60-95% over the last 2 years and which are now rallying. Unfortunately (or foturnately this includes junk stocks and crypto too. It is becoming clear, although too early to call it yet, that the computer programs that invest for big clients are no longer seeing bonds or big caps as attractive investments, they are anticipating rate cuts and putting their clients money into riskier instruments and so everything goes up. Small caps are up, junk stocks are up, crypto is up, big caps are down. | tapa7
04/12/2023 20:29 | Maybe some news tomorrow? Tremor International Ltd. (AIM/NASDAQ: TRMR) (“Tremor&rdquo | midasx
04/12/2023 20:06 | I would be astounded if Tremor have dropped the case. Tremor have requested a trial date and a date for the mandatory settlement conference. Alphonso/LG have requested the trial and mandatory settlement conference are delayed pending the outcome of the pending motions. We are thus awaiting the courts decision on the pending motions. How long this should take is anyone's guess. | midasx
04/12/2023 19:59 | Volume stateside is through the roof today. Hand in hand with that mega volume in the UK on Thursday? | loafofbread
04/12/2023 13:21 | The last milestone date for submissions was November 3rd, so no court statements for over a month. Only two possibilities here, either an out of court settlement is being negotiated or Tremor have decided to withdraw the claim on the basis it’s not winnable. It’s hard to believe after all this time it would take a month to negotiate a settlement, since if they can’t agree Tremor have just prolonged the case by yet another month | muthadrucker
04/12/2023 12:32 | over 162 or so and I think we'll be off to the races | tsmith2
04/12/2023 12:25 | Today copied from yahoo finance article by simply wall street "Significantly high institutional ownership implies Tremor International's stock price is sensitive to their trading actions A total of 3 investors have a majority stake in the company with 59% ownership Recent sales by insiders Every investor in Tremor International Ltd (LON:TRMR) should be aware of the most powerful shareholder groups. The group holding the most number of shares in the company, around 51% to be precise, is institutions. Put another way, the group faces the maximum upside potential (or downside risk). Because institutional owners have a huge pool of resources and liquidity, their investing decisions tend to carry a great deal of weight, especially with individual investors. As a result, a sizeable amount of institutional money invested in a firm is generally viewed as a positive attribute." Always said the big boys holding all the cards, why would they hang on if there was no hope? R | ragos
