I have put the Voxmarkets IPO Q&A in the header, as it is also very informative.

For at least a while, it might be of interest and reference to put the following Report into the header, as it is very useful and informative, in not only understanding what value pool that Trellus fit's into now, but also going forward as Treullus expands into covering other chronic conditions -

Healthtech in the fast lane: What is fueling investor excitement?
December 1, 2020

How do digital health companies typically demonstrate value?

One of the primary value propositions offered by digital health technologies is healthcare cost reduction. Based on 2018 healthcare spend information, we estimate that digital health interventions alone have the potential to save the US healthcare system nearly $500 billion if fully adopted (Exhibit 3). However, while many solutions have the potential to make a significant impact on the cost of care, some value pools have a more direct, measurable link to cost savings than others.

The three value pools in the care-delivery category—providing more effective therapies, providing remote patient support, and supplying therapies to patients—have the greatest measurable cost-savings potential, approximately $270 billion in total for the United States. Technologies in these value pools (for example, remote care, digital therapies, and disease-management solutions) provide lower cost modalities to deliver or manage care. As such, both payers and patients benefit from reduced costs associated with care-delivery technologies.

Which value pools are investors most excited about?

Digital health entrants seeking investor funds can rest assured that venture interest has been steadily increasing over the past decade. Since 2011, total funding and average deal sizes have consistently increased, while the total number of deals per year has remained largely similar since 2016. It appears that the COVID-19 crisis has not dampened investor interest either; based on 2020 deals to date, the digital health venture fund Rock Health predicts a record-breaking $10.2 billion in digital health funding by year’s end.3 What has shifted, however, is the mix of funding across value pools, which may provide healthcare stakeholders the incentive to seek venture funds to pursue different value pools depending on their strategies - See Exhibit 6.

Digital health innovations are helping achieve a long-sought-after healthcare industry objective: cutting healthcare costs while improving patient outcomes simultaneously—an outcome that is especially important given the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. By decisively selecting which value pools and strategies to prioritize, healthcare investors and companies can effectively thrive in the fast-growing digital health space and improve healthcare for patients worldwide.

can we get an idea of what percentage allocation people received?

HL and AJB have still not updated their systems to reflect the shares being tradeable and they have taken all the allocation I asked for so I don't know where I stand.

Trellus is a vary interesting company I have been waiting for this one for a good while, the size scale of the market is absolutely huge. Teladoc over on the Nasdaq carries a $23b market cap making Trellis £100m look quite tiny. Not saying we are Teladoc but look at their valuation to sales.

A great start for Trellus Health's admission today!

In my view, with a market cap of under £100m, and given the attractive business model and the expected rapid commercialisation (the Company expects initial revenue in 2021), and given the valuations elsewhere in digital health and telehealth, I am expecting the market to ultimately arrive at a significantly higher valuation than £100m. Time will tell!

Well I subscribed £8,000 and £7,480 has been returned to me, so I got 1300 to go with my locked up 1230. Oversubscribed, must be a huge understatement unless existing holders were at the back of the queue.

Successful Restricted Offer

Update on Fundraising and Admission

LONDON, UK. AND NEW YORK, U.S. (26 May 2021). Trellus Health plc (AIM: TRLS), which is commercialising a resilience-based connected digital health solution for chronic condition management, announces the result of the Restricted Offer made to its shareholders, who returned a valid application form to subscribe for Trellus Health Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each ("Trellus Health Shares") at the Issue Price, being 40 pence per share (the "Restricted Offer").

The Restricted Offer to raise up to GBP0.9 million in gross proceeds was significantly oversubscribed.

The Placing, Subscription and Restricted Offer have, in aggregate, raised GBP28.5 million through the issue of a total of 71,250,000 new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price.

The allotment and issue of Trellus Health Shares in connection with the Restricted Offer remains conditional upon, among other things, Admission, which is expected to take place at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, 28 May 2021.

Applicants to the Restricted Offer can confirm their final allotment of shares by contacting the Link Group helpline on 0371 664 0321. Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate. The helpline is open between 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales. The helpline cannot provide any financial, legal or tax advice and calls may be recorded and monitored for security and training purposes.

Full details of the Fundraising will be contained in the Trellus Health Admission Document, which will be made available shortly before Admission at www.trellushealth.com/investors

Seeing as Barclays are making no attempt to recognise or notify investors of the shares that they are due, I have printed that announcement off and put it in my Barclay SIPP and ISA files.

Aspringo...Eventually in 12 months time. In other words, your entitlement shares (in specie shares) are currently held on trust and will be released 12 months after admission of Trellus onto AIM.

Barclays in their infinite wisdom, has decided to not even show that investors are due these shares (by way of a note on the account). And in another show of poor service, nor did Barclays notify investors of the restricted offer (which nominees were guided to do).

Anyway, FYI - Excerpt from the EKF Announcement -

On 11 December 2020 the board of EKF (the “Board”) convened and declared a dividend in specie of shares in Trellus to trustees, to be held on trust for the Company's shareholders (the "Dividend"). EKF’s investment in Trellus comprises 27,999,999 A Shares of £0.0001 each and 1 golden share of £0.0001 (the "Golden Share"). The Golden Share is the voting share in the capital of Trellus and will be retained by the Company. The Company's shareholders on the register as at close of business on 17 December 2020 ("Relevant EKF Shareholders") will receive one A Share (each a "Dividend Share") for every 16.25 ordinary share held in the Company.

Relevant EKF Shareholders will become the beneficial owners of their respective Dividend Shares upon completion of the transfer of the Dividend Shares to Broadway Nominees Limited (“Broadway”), at which time an ‘omnibus’ share certificate in respect of the Dividend Shares will be issued and held by Broadway, to be held on trust by it on behalf of the Relevant EKF Shareholders for a period of:

365 days following admission to trading on AIM (or another recognised stock exchange) of the issued share capital of Trellus

Apologies if a poor question.

I applied for 20,000 but the ISA (CSD temporary home for the A shares but they will not be able to stay there) shows subscription rights for 200,000, which I think must be CSD typo as there is no basis for allocation.

Just for the record to save digging back to the announcement

"The expected admission date for Trellus Shares to commence trading on AIM is 8:00 a.m. on Friday, 28 May 2021. Shareholders will be informed their restricted allocation just before trading on Friday, 28 May 2021. "

Surprised that the gap between closing on Monday 24th and Friday for commencement -

Given the demand indicated i think we will be lucky to get 20%. The alternative is they cap the figure for all applicants notwithstanding what they applied for, say 1500 shares for every applicant (or lower if their application was below this).

I am certainly expecting to be refunded most of my money - we will know soon.
