05/12/2003 21:56 | another scum bag stich up on investors legalised illgality at its best | vision88
05/12/2003 18:40 | This one is particularly dodgy given they asked for investors cash only 6m or so ago - maybe that was the cunning plan!! | simonevans
05/12/2003 17:07 | Yes happened to us at axiomlab , now trading with one market maker , bargaining for buyer's and seller's with no consideration or spread. Same excuses for delisting , Stinky going's on imho... | blackbear
05/12/2003 11:06 | agreed dell...don't own..but am seeing too many of these happening .... | safman
05/12/2003 10:13 | latifs - the official RNS explains exactly what is happening, including how you can trade stock after delisting. Rgds dell | dell314
05/12/2003 08:40 | does the announce ment mean, is it going bust or if they de list what happens to my paltry holding. i am considering topping up if it has a chance of survival. some buys or sells coming in | latifs100
05/12/2003 08:32 | What a stitch up! How can companies be allowed to take public money and then shaft the public by delisting. If directors feel that the current valuation is inadequate, they should buy out small shareholders at fair value and take the company private by fair means. Total scum!! Rgds dell | dell314
05/12/2003 08:20 | cancelling aim status...seen a few of these happening now yr end... | safman
05/12/2003 07:30 | Well this one is going private - I guess this has been a possibility for a while - all the upside kept for directors and major shareholders I guess: same old story! I sold out a while back on the first profit warning. Share price movement is not going to be pretty today. | simonevans
05/11/2003 21:03 | As it expected dire results, but one glimmer of hope from Raven's statement:- 'The board is optimistic that the new sales team's activities will soon begin to produce significant results and looks forward to an opportunity to report better news to shareholders.' One other thing Oyster have their own non-exec director on the board & have the most to lose - let's hope this is the turning point. It would also be a bonus to get rid of R&C completely. | isis
03/11/2003 13:23 | More buys today - very little selling lately, hold onto your horses....... | isis
03/11/2003 12:32 | Another 40k bought this morning, wonder if we are staring to see someone stake building. Been no buys for ages and the last few trading days we see some action Fingers crossed | mutimer
31/10/2003 17:13 | I'm pleased the website is now looking alot more proffessional with a who's who client list from Cisco to Ricoh. | isis
31/10/2003 12:10 | These could move quickly as Oyster Technology hold around 50/60% of the stock. | isis
31/10/2003 12:02 | hmmm have we kicked something off here ??? Nice 100k buy just gone through Few more or them and i may actual start to think this may actual have a pulse | mutimer
31/10/2003 11:37 | Lionbridge in the US is now the largest localisation company claiming margin of around 50% & has multi-bagged over the last 2 years (unfortunately i did'nt buy any! doh!). Even 20% would be a good figure here. | isis
31/10/2003 11:29 | Personally I don't think Oyster & Bill McCabe would have invested as heavily as they did on a non-runner - the guy has been extremely successful with Smartforce & more or less founded the elearning business. The high level of recruitement has been going on for months, but I suppose this is still a risk play until news comes out. | isis
31/10/2003 11:16 | Isis, the 15K was mine, i am starting to think this just may have something left in it. With all the jobs they are looking fill and the amount of money Oyster has invested and with the recover in the US it just maybe able to turn the corner I am now wayyy to heavy on these, currently holding 185k shares, may keep adding at these low prices. But i still feel it is a very big gamble. But just look at what price you could have been buying GLD at a few months back and now look at what is happening bigger investers are starting to invest at it on a daily basis and the price has recover and is just waiting to jump again IMHO I would just kick my self if these did brake out of current trading range and i did not take my chance to grab them cheap Well lets hope one day these pick up like many other shares i hold All the best Darren | mutimer
31/10/2003 11:12 | Even more jobs on the Nixers site. | isis
31/10/2003 11:08 | I don't think the site's finished yet - perhaps an email may do the trick. A few small buyers in today...... | isis
30/10/2003 17:40 | It's a shame there's no scope on the site for investor relations... | davidhel
28/10/2003 23:19 | Also teeming with jobs on:- | isis
28/10/2003 23:13 | Results should be before end of December - lots of new blurb on company website & they seem to running it as a USA co. & employing ex-Smartforce heavy hitters - no mention of R&C - thank God!
