21/7/2003 21:55 | i have held some of these also for a long time(gladstone days)and recently bought more, banking on new team turning it around because imo if they couldnt do it they would have not invested their own money heavily. A gamble waiting on news because i believe these could easily double or treble at current levels | jawbone

15/7/2003 15:09 | About time - they seem to be very busy. Margins of around 25/30% can make plenty of cash in the right hands. | isis

30/6/2003 23:49 | latifs - This is definately good news & could be the start of the turnaround. The previous directors made some terrible mistakes & also failed to gve a profi warning which cost all the company's cash. The Chairman of Oyster (Bill McCabe) was the founder of Smarforce the largest e-learning co. in the world & is well connected as well as worth £50m himself. I have also seen at last 8 current jobs advertised on the web for TRW. Undoubtedly still a risky share, but I would'nt be surprised to see some decent news in the near future. Of course DYOR etc. | isis
30/6/2003 10:27 | I still have a holding in this, but the management had misled holders & they have had a re-construction to save the company. Unfortunately news is very rare so it's impossible to tell what's happenning - the only real plus is that Oyster have such a large holding as do some of the Diectors & will try to turn it around Fortunately it looks like they are getting rid of the mnagement that brought these down:- RNS Number:9352M Transware PLC 30 June 2003 TRANSWARE PLC ("TRANSWARE" OR "COMPANY") BOARD CHANGES At the time of Transware's recent fundraising the Company advised its shareholders that it would be reviewing the composition of the board with a view to cost reduction. 09/5/2003 15:16 | Greetings fellow rats swimming for the shore. Don`t sink another penny into this loser. My share option paperwork barely left the postmans hands before thudding into the bin. Will it go bust? I certainly hope so and I`m a holder. It`ll remove another tech-trash lightweight from my monitor. I see some nutter has just sold 226 shares at 2.62p per share! No doubt a brokers bill is on its way to him! Better to put your money on a hooker or a horse. | cosimpson
