03/1/2018 16:51 | £1m rev p.a.? And this is a growth business ? And they supply most of the UK police forces ? So they have penetrated most of the available market but still only make £1m rev p.a. ? What are their overheads ? £2m p.a. ? | the stigologist
03/1/2018 16:42 | Garth - originally cert from computer share for tgl but now neville registrars for int.All - from the email group I took a number of suggestions from some of you, they have been put to Idris. One of which was a good fit RTO (they are already looking at two others I believe). However they will only move for the right deal, as you would expect. The situation is fine they have good income and a stable business (circa 1m income pa) but need investment to reach the next level and realise ambitions. An RTO into a cash rich shell is an obvious solution. Not had an update for a few months. Idris is happy to chat but I have also chatted to waseem who is keen to also hold them to account for stanhill as the biggest shareholder. He is in regular contact with them.Basically they need the right deal to progress to the next level in the industry. | chesycustard
03/1/2018 16:34 | I don't have certificates as my shares are held via Halifax Share Dealing . They show on my statement as INTELICRYPT TACTIC SOLUTIONS LTD. I see most value in claiming loss relief for CGT - I plan to send a NVC application [ Negligible Value Claim to HMRC . Has anyone else done that yet ? | victim12
03/1/2018 16:31 | Hi garth - I got a share certificate from a broker. I can find the name and details for you if you need them probably by tomorrow or Friday. (I've recently moved house!) The shares were in Intelicrypt. The TGL ones which had been in Selftrade ISA were just removed by Selftrade. | candybelle
03/1/2018 16:23 | Hi Garth, I have them in a Market master I had to set up for them after they got bounced out of my ISA. My Market Master shows both TGL and Intelicrypt. | mark10101
03/1/2018 16:13 | Afternoon Gents. I held a few of these in nominee with Barclays but don't recall ever receiving any certificates following delisting. Do you all receive yours? And if so, who sent them through? And assuming you got certs, were they in Intelicrypt? Thanks, G. | garth
02/1/2018 23:15 | He's certainly got something akin to the sociopath, I mean, is it like returning to the scene of a crime, something like that? Or maybe he is just very lonely and wants to fit in and be part of the gang here? | singray105
02/1/2018 21:17 | He's a keyboard warrior Singray. Deprive him of attention and he will die. | harvey haddock
02/1/2018 20:27 | What is your interest here Stig, are you gloating, is that it? lol You really are a strange one, your not smelling blood because theres nothing going on here and at the end of the day, as HH and Mark pointed out, we might be coming back to market this year. You are like a bad penny, surely this is all old hat to you now, do you not have bigger fish to fry? hehe :-) | singray105
02/1/2018 18:54 | Singray105 2 Jan '18 - 18:14 - 7686 of 7688 It is an unavoidable fact that we all thought that the company was doing really well up to when they initially suspended the share | the stigologist
02/1/2018 18:51 | Well I am still optimistic, given valuations of others in the sector atm there is a good chance we could come back to the market with a boom. I had a very torrid 2015 and TGL was one of serveral of my aim companies that got suspended and delisted. One was never to be seen again, one is now back trading at 10 times it’s suspension value and the other is still a possible recovery story. The encouraging thing here is I still have the same number of shares in Intelicrypt as I did in TGL, they own GOS which is still trading and after what was a tough 2016 is hopefully now, in 2018, in better shape. My biggest disasters vanished very quickly with no hope with assets being scooped up by others. Let’s see what 2018 brings, there won’t be a better time to come to market imho. | mark10101
02/1/2018 18:14 | It is an unavoidable fact that we all thought that the company was doing really well up to when they initially suspended the shares, and that IK was buying up shares in TGL because the purchase of the GOS business was turning out to be an exceptional investment, we had one RNS after another that indicated that GOS had maintained existing clients and that new business was coming in including the prospect of marketing the very exciting CQCL encryption key. So were those RNS's misleading? We also thought that it was the mere technicality of us being registered in Canada that was holding things up, we were expecting the shares to come back to market towards the end of the 6 months but they didn't of course, the company de-listed and then we found out that all that we had was a struggling business where IK threw a life line of a banking facility, without that we would have gone bust. I have no idea who's idea it was to issue all those positive news updates, but if I'd had the slightest idea of the state that the company was actually in I would have got shot, and its not as if they did not warn us that the shares would be suspended, its just that I never in my wildest dreams saw a de-listing coming. Most of us thought that the shares would come back and then boom! So here we are 2 1/2 years after the suspension, 2 years since the delisting. What next, I really do not have a clue, but do I trust then, no of course not and do I feel like a silly old fool thats been taken for a mug, yup! | singray105
02/1/2018 16:18 | To speculate that the company postponed the update to shareholders expected about a month ago because it is working on a RTO, is pure hyperbole imo | thelung
02/1/2018 15:19 | From about 18 months ago robspu 3 May '16 - 21:02 - 7120 of 7682 He could not guarantee relisting to be fair as I put him on the spot - but he eluded to me that everything was moving to relisting in the medium term, not short term and would not give me a date but again indicated to 2017. | the stigologist
02/1/2018 15:18 | From two years ago... KiwiMonk - 20 Jan 2016 - 10:55:15 - 6964 of 7682 Afraid you're wrong there Bob. It doesn't say anywhere that they won't list in the medium term. End of Q1 was the hint I got, or Q2 at the latest. | the stigologist
02/1/2018 15:01 | Rajaster, You have quite simply got your facts wrong regarding the intended return to a stockmarket, and you're not thinking or posting logically. The intended timetable for a relisting was given in Touchstone Gold's January 2016 circular: " ... it is NewCo’s intention to seek a listing in the medium term, subject to, among other things, the development of the GOS Business and market conditions. ..." I said at the time that my definition of medium term was about two months to two years, which would indicate an intention to relist by about the end of 2017, or early 2018. But that was a qualified intention only, with a key variable being the development of GOS's business. You yourself suggest that GOS's business development has been slower that hoped, which is the case, so by your own admission this should be sufficient reason to have put back a relisting until later than otherwise. There has been no lying, so grow up and take responsibility for your own investment decisions, instead of whingeing and trying to blame others if things don't work out as you hoped. | hedgehog 100
02/1/2018 14:06 | Chesy i did.. They dont tell the truth.. This delisting was supposed be less than 6 months whilst they undertake and manage the criteria to relist. Been almost 2 years and their still no better off. | rajaster
02/1/2018 13:56 | Hi Chesy. What are your thoughts for the New Year, do you remain positive? | singray105
