15/11/2013 09:29 | I think Mr Johnson is in his mid sixties, & we know he owns 80+% of the shares & is owed over £4mill by the company for his Director loan. Would it be logical to have an exit strategy(s)? If so, obviously the intrigue for PI's is trying guess the plan. The 31 Mar results RNS on 22nd Aug contained the following in relation to the Going Concern statement:- "Mr Johnson confirms that he will continue to support the Group for its anticipated needs for the next two years". IMO the above noted interview unperpins the fact there is no doubting the merits of TRAF on its current trading book. Looking ahead the main question has to centre on the actions regarding Mr Johnsons financial interests. Hopefully we will get more information in the next results. Whatever happens, it certainly looks like it's going to be interesting. | mortimer7
15/11/2013 08:36 | I get the impression that Johnston is trying to sell the group. Done it twice before and too many interviews just to be normal PR. | cammy3

14/11/2013 22:23 | According to my calculations if those 7 houses in Oakhurst Park Gardens have been sold (which i believe it has) would bring in £4,115,000 in revenue just from this development. The last Property at Meade Cottage in Edenbridge just sold for £185,000 which will contribute as well. Totalling £4,300,000. So for the financial Year if all house are sold we are looking at Revenue just over £7,000,000. This is the best bit: It remains the Board's intention to give consideration to the payment of a dividend at the earliest opportunity and we therefore aim to pay a dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2014, subject to the foregoing. | zed2002

14/11/2013 15:38 | good interview ..good long term investment ...imv.As one of the very few residential property developers listed on AIM I believe TRAF represents exceptional value for investors looking to get into an attractive sector. | alpha534u
