Goffer.

Not many shop floor left over both sites. We don't make anything. More accountants.

Quite ironic really isn't it

Sorry no party as all our income was passed on TWD each month.

Very sad for all the shop floor workers at TWD.

Good luck to them ( but not to the BOD)

Good work goffer.

Will it be a party?? Hopefully the administrator doesn't find anything and you can pay your own bills.

Anyway fair play, hopefully Stevenage can move on and get sold. I'm gunna get a job. Any going at your place??

What are the owners like??

Good news for us at SCL…we ARE Not in Administration. Go to to LSE site for the full news.
Read & weep TWD

And this spells the end. The RNS is somewhat vague at best, plus it is not up to TWD to decide who is and isn't part of the administration, especially as Stevenage will be seen as an asset. An administrator will want the best value for the creditors and if the Stevenage sale does not meet the best value it too will go.

Hi welive, well I can’t comment on Mr Bukake or the managements exploits at Stevenage, albeit they do not appear to have performed at all well over the past 12 months or they wouldn’t have been put up for sale or lost a lot of money. But if they are making statements outside of an RNS, especially relating to TWD or the group, then they sure had better be prepared for the consequences. Statements about listed companies are strictly for public domain on LSE. As a company with clear association to TWD (mentioned in their own 2021year end filing) they have to abide by regulatory standards. I’m sure they and us investors will find out soon enough. Right it’s late afternoon here and 30 degrees so I’m going to hop into the pool before going out with the family for a meal. Enjoy all & keep us informed.

That doesn't sound good. From what I've heard here I'm not surprised about Stevenage.

MD Mr Bukeke and management are loose cannons I'm led to believe. Still when this place goes into administration they go as well as its part of group. FACT

Welive, that could be true, but suspect it’s probably more serious, especially as TWD are still listed on LSE, any statement a company makes in public must be cleared through an RNS. Very serious I’d suggest.

What the statement the MD is worth the money. That's untrue

Ohdear, I am still in the states visiting my daughter but have to agree with your comments. What is interesting is that a friend from the city has just let me know about a statement being made by Stevenage which they have made public being partially or wholly untrue. Looks like they are going to be in a serious spot of bother. This whole mess seems to be getting deeper.

Absolutely oh dear, That's what people say here. It's had every chance and funding. The MD there and production team have failed.
Why would so many external sales leave and go to competitors.

RIP

There is no "tech" at Stevenage. It is just a bog standard, run of the mill PCB manufacturer. Many companies can build better, faster and cheaper. The big margins disappeared in the 1990's when a lot of production moved to the far east.

Not sure why anybody would want to buy SCL. It isn't as if they will be picking up an order book or loyal customers. Some of the equipment will get flogged off. That's about it really.

I'm sure certain individuals will be OK should it open again in some form.

Getting money from anyone will be hard for both trackwise and Stevenage.

Sorry you lost out

I'm sure both companies will go bust and I'm out of pocket by more than most - but someone is going to snap this tech up for a song and someone needs to make stuff for the new owners.

Doubt it Ifaze. No orders, customers lost confidence.
In my opinion both companies go bust.

Management hang your heads at twd and Stevenage.

Let's not forget us staff that will lose jobs. Here at twd the promises were amazing from management and look. Nothing!!!!

At Stevenage I know the MD simply has not performed at all. Terrible performance for his first year.

One question to BOD. CEO CFO.

How have you and Stevenage MD kept your jobs when your performance and decisions have been so bad??

Bagpuss you’re 100% correct, the whole group has been mismanaged. TWD & the Stevenage site have been run appallingly. If they are bought out then it’s a con, and us investors have been duped massively. If the management of either company attempts to buy the business then serious questions need to be asked about why it was allowed to happen when us investors have lost a lot of money. Maybe we need to consider legal action against all sites to stop it from happening. I am currently in the US visiting my granddaughter, but interested to hear others opinions.

The poor shareholders have been hoodwinked. The last fundraising perhaps was only meant to keep the lights on for another six months. Millions have been invested in the production facilities and now someone will acquire them for a knockdown price. I hope TT Group or another third party buys the business rather than a couple of the current directors but we'll see. Sympathies for the long-suffering shareholders.

Wow.

Some people got some explaining to do and may get a few knocks on doors at the factory.

Sorry to all those that lose money and jobs.
