This stock is a prime example of the current market and if there is a quick buck to be made the traders will be all over it.

Diluted to oblivion at 1p so at 1.3-1.4p that adds £6 mil to pre placing market cap.

No value overall but a quick buck to be made trading it now and again probable although if you miss the lows in this market it's risky to chase

don't see why the need for incentives-
think all employees know that the company is on its knees, they're in the last chance saloon and they must apply themselves if it is to survive, but the opportunity is massive should they pull it off.
they should be able to buy the 1p shares in the market if they want or feel the need for an extra incentive.

Timbo, I would guess that that calculator can probably go out the window in this case due to the massive increase in the number of shares that has just occurred.

Out of curiosity I entered some numbers into an online Black Scholes calculator to see what the 6p warrants should be worth if they were tradable.


The only figure you have to calculate to get an answer is the % volatility, for this I have used the Coefficient of variation (CV) of the weekly closing prices over the last year taken from Yahoo finance


The output showed that each warrant should have a theoretical value of 0.14p
