05/8/2020 17:18 | Good to see some modest buying today. Looks like someone had to pay 99p for 10k at 4pm this afternoon which bodes well. | gleach23
20/7/2020 20:45 | They raised £5.87m in March 20 - what factors are you basing it on that they require more funds? | euclid5
18/7/2020 10:59 | Trackwise Investor Presentation. An comprehensive overview of Trackwise by Philip Johnston, CEO & Mark Hodgkins, CFO, including insight to the acquisition of Stevenage Circuits, and its integration. | tomps2
01/7/2020 13:58 | James Cattaneo who was appointed as Non Exec on 23rd June "has advised on over 90 completed public transactions including 42 City Code takeovers (11 being P2Ps). To date he has personally advised on more than £3bn worth of corporate transactions including hostile and recommended takeovers, acquisitions, disposals, equity and debt fund raisings, transfers to the Full List and to AIM and flotations." - from the cattaneo.co.uk website. Interesting that he would join the board following the SC acquisition. | shieldbug

26/6/2020 11:17 | Just been watching the results presentation: Growth in IHT is very impressive and the higher margins are starting to have an impact on results. The fact they increased customers and collaborations from 45 in 2019 to 72 now is most encouraging. They have a diverse range of different businesses showing interest and my only concern about IHT would be that they don't allow themselves to get too distracted by opportunities with lower prospects of success. The acquisition of Stevenage Circuits seems to have been a very positive move. The RF business has some challenges and is the only blot on what should become a period of exciting growth. I liked both Philip Johnston and Mark Hodgkins. They seem a good competent team and the business is sufficiently well funded. | longshanks
23/6/2020 19:53 | Nothing to say - at least I don't have anything | toffeeman
23/6/2020 19:28 | Blimey, finals and no posts. Looks like a good investment for patient people. I get bored easily so I will have to be disciplined to stick with it. | amt
12/6/2020 12:14 | Nearly as much as CC brakes :) | toffeeman
12/6/2020 11:42 | What are people's expectations of the results?Travails in the motor industry have been much publicised recently but one area of burgeoning growth is with EVs. The manufacturing of FPCs to reduce the weight and size of battery packs would seem an innovation with a tantalisingly profitable future. | longshanks
20/5/2020 15:17 | Results soon? | t0pgrader
15/5/2020 14:44 | It's amazing how paths cross - I am in this via Guinness AIM EIS which has done very well recently including selling some covid stocks which had risen dramatically so giving me cash back (have to repay EIS relief) but leaving the bulk to run. Have a nice weekend | toffeeman
15/5/2020 14:33 | Hi Tigger. So another place where you lurk? Richard Sneller has followed me into several investments so I thought it time I followed his lead. I like what I see and whilst investing in industrial stocks at this time may be a little foolish, I see this as very cheap given its potential. The purchase of Stevenage Circuits is a statement of intent regarding growth I feel. Not sure yet if the recent funding will be enough to see it through the process, but I can see this stock becoming a star performer within five years. | longshanks
14/5/2020 10:35 | Hi Longshanks! | toffeeman
14/5/2020 10:34 | Joining the club here: like the look of the recent acquisition. | longshanks
11/5/2020 19:24 | Trackwise recently announced first production order for use in electric vehicle battery. The following news post shows that this is the result of ongoing work since at least 2015 - hxxps://www.trackwis Note that the list of companies involved in the AMPLiFII-2 consortium were Jaguar Landrover, JCB and Alexander Dennis. 05/5/2020 16:43 | In late 2017 Trackwise moved to a new factory building which at the time they said was 19,000sqft (1,765sqm). Stevenage Circuits Ltd, which Trackwise acquired for £2.5m earlier this year, says on its website that their factory is 7,000sqm. So on that basis they now have 5x the amount of factory floor space. Clearly there is a lot more to this than floor space but it gives an idea of the scale of the acquisition. Hopefully we will hear more about this soon when the 2019 results are published. | shieldbug
