Money lenders are there to make money , so can we expect further decline in share price , yes they will happily sell at 1.25 if it comes to it.

"Trackwise Designs (AIM: TWD), a LEADING MANUFACTURER (emphasis added) of specialist products using printed circuit technology..."

"placing to raise gross proceeds of GBP3.65 million by way of the issue of an aggregate of up to 364,524,700 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to a Placing of up to 364,224,700 New Ordinary Shares and a Subscription of 300,000 New Ordinary Shares at an Issue Price of 1 pence per New Ordinary Share...." i.e. approx 90% discount to the prevailing share price

Just makes you wonder what the placing price would have been if they had NOT been a 'LEADING MANUFACTURER' !!

It's not even funny.

Majority of circuit companies in Uk are private enterprises as profits are usually modest with high equipment costs , this lot should of had a joint venture to manufacture in the far east, just like APPLE who have 95% of all goods manufactured outside of the US . Will need a miracle to survive .

mm's must sit there and laugh at pi's daily.

Bad enough they do the worst placing in history and now they are flogging the stock for a 150% profit too.

Nobody should be paying more than 1.25p for this if you really must buy

Yet Another AIM shocker. To think I sold at 290p on my stop loss and worried I sold too soon.

Why wait for 2p when 1p could be just around the corner -

I guess there are lessons here for investors to reflect upon. Firstly manufacturing is a costly and time consuming business with long lead times. Secondly, having a sole buyer places you in a very dangerous position, where the buyer is also going through its own start up phase. I've kept a small position here as a reminder of what can go wrong with Companies with world leading technology (not to mention ignoring stop loss rules).

I note the fund raise today states the Company will need to fund raise again before the end of 2023. At 2p it might be worth a punt on the basis you can afford to lose the entire amount.

I took part in one of the last raises they did, circa 200 p I think from memory. Wow, what a fall from grace this has been.
