Town Centre Securities PLC, the Leeds, Manchester, Scotland, and London property investment, development and car parking company, announces that two of its Directors have been issued shares in TCS as a result of their participation in the Company Share Incentive Plan (SIP) scheme. On the 3 December 2018, Edward Ziff and Ben Ziff were each issued 1,562 TCS ordinary shares at a price of 192 pence per share. Each allocation represents 0.003% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
