22/3/2024 09:15 | Last chance salon...... with hair like mine that sounds more like my local barbers!!! | felix0007
22/3/2024 08:31 | Just flying unicorns, if it was cheap, it wouldn't be independent anymore. Just all “pie in the sky”, Africa has history of junior miners failing. Not an investment just for desperate last chance salon gamblers. | ny boy
22/3/2024 08:08 | If they had done one out of two deals it would be price sensitive information so would need to be released to the market surely? I have dipped by toe in this a couple times now and built a reasonable stake and remain hopeful, £3m market cap is very low noting there is a potential drill this year + Namibia (the new place to be for O&G), I would suspect that if there was a large deal it would make more sense to but the company.. but there is no foundation in fact to that just my own speculation. Preference is no dilution though a placing - farm out would be good but feels as though there is a value issue - why would you pay significant past costs + carry etc to a £3m mkt cap co when you could just buy it. | simon8
22/3/2024 08:07 | Rampers trying their best with fictitious nos, the facts are ths load of push is constantly heading lower and lower, next target 0.01p You need billions of trades not a few hundred million a day 🙄💣 | ny boy
22/3/2024 07:20 | The crazy low valuation is a by product of things taking ages (Africa) and a continual need to raise funds. | neilyb675
22/3/2024 07:18 | we have to 4 bag from 2/100 to be 10/100 of a penny. | neilyb675
22/3/2024 07:16 | 1/10 of a penny seems tiny doesn't it....and yet that seems a distance away. I like to think of it as currently we are 2/100th of a penny. | neilyb675
22/3/2024 07:15 | Is that calculation correct pal? | bullrun1
22/3/2024 07:14 | I think 0.01 is a tenth of a penny..and we are currently at 0.002 which is 1 fifth of 1 tenth of a penny lols happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.. :) | bullrun1
22/3/2024 07:09 | Lols.. no worries, tbf I get a bit lost down here myself. Neilys quite good with the fractions from memory. Cheers and GL | bullrun1
22/3/2024 06:08 | Remember, your details are on the system | benny shares
21/3/2024 20:44 | Ha. Thanks bullrun1. I forgot how diminished we are! I have to ask though, what is your '0.01' ? is it a hundredth of a penny or a hundredth of a pound? It is hard to calculate this share price isn't it ! (Hargreaves Lansdown can't cope with such a low share price, they can only do hundredths. lol.) | chinahere
21/3/2024 18:05 | I'm assuming you mean 0.01 chinahere a tenth of a penny? | bullrun1
21/3/2024 16:51 | If $11m is worth 32% of Thali - how much is our remaining 68% worth? I would be amazed if we get anywhere near the equivalent £17m market cap. 1p (edit 0.1p) plus per share. If I were the investors I would ask for 45% and the $2m would be included. Losing 13% of Thali must be better than diluting below 0.05p to raise the $2m. | chinahere
21/3/2024 16:17 | Simon you are being very specific in your posts. I'm not complaining btw. | neilyb675
21/3/2024 16:11 | The $11 million investment will be for 32% ish of the Cameroon subsiduary. I don't think JA wants to give away anymore than that | bionictroller
21/3/2024 16:10 | If an asset partner started buying TRP shares once they notified the market of a 3% holding (which they have to do) the shares would explode. Also anyone buying a chunk of TRP is buying SA and Namibian assets which they probably have no interested in. | bionictroller
21/3/2024 16:04 | If I were going to put $11 million into Thali (or a part of it) why would I not be happy to buy a good chunk of TRP for $2m? I could also consider upping the percentage of Thali I held. If say 40% is worth $11m then it makes sense to pay £13m for 49%. If a general placing is going to happen we know what happens here - the share price will fall back from short-lived highs. A placing could make sense to the equity funders if they were the ones buying the shares as they could stand to gain the most from it. Sort of talking to myself there. Exasperated with the whole thing...! | chinahere |
