License extension .Rig booked .Equipment forward paid for .Finance being discussed as if it is merely a formality.Tower moves forward to drill a discovery. Minimum 80% success chance.Tower clearly still in discussions re their assets in SA and Namibia.Mcap minuscule.Become a holder here or don't ...not rocket science
