Every oil and gas explorer has to keep issuing shares until they get cash flow. TRP is no different to every other company.

I think if you told actual investors, I’m invested in this really exciting oil play, one of the first question they would ask you, “how many shares are in issue?” You say “only 26 BILLION” immediately they would end the conversation and move on to talk to someone sensible. Where’s the Rig? Only rig I can see here is Rig or mortis 🤦🏻‍♀️
