13/11/2017 09:24 | I thought the quarterly results were due today? | brasso3
11/11/2017 12:08 | An advantage of TXP's dual listing is the Toronto requirement for quarterly reporting. In this respect, as stated last week by the CEO: "Q3 Results reported on November 13th will be more reflective of the performance of the last 4 wells(compared to Q2)" Investors get a much earlier snapshot as to how the business is progressing since the last four wells (3 in Q2 and 1 in Q3) were put into production, than would have been the case with half yearly reporting. | mount teide
10/11/2017 13:31 | Here we go, Q3 financials on Tuesday. | che7win
09/11/2017 19:15 | Cannot believe the market cap here is still as low as £16m. The market will catch up soon and TXP will have to double to achieve a more realistic value. | brasso3
08/11/2017 13:26 | Mt They don't have any stock. When ask was 16 I was quot d 16.83 for just 10k. If any volume kicks in this could be mid 20's easily. | shrewdmole
08/11/2017 12:07 | MM's short of stock - now wanting 17p for just 20k, with two MM's on 16.5p offer with a combined 20k. | mount teide
08/11/2017 11:41 | ADVFN's charts are way behind today L2 is currently 16 v 16.5p - 2 v 2 | mount teide
08/11/2017 11:37 | Getting quoted 16.8p for just 50k. | mount teide
08/11/2017 11:23 | Full ask for any size at all. Seems like there could be a squeeze if there's any volume. | shrewdmole
08/11/2017 11:18 | A nice move up today, an update from the company can only be days away. | che7win
08/11/2017 01:31 | 121 Oil and Gas Investor Presentations - some interesting comments from the TXP CEO "The 4 new wells after 120 days are currently producing a combined 325 bopd"/(average of 81 bopd per well - ALL from the deeper plays). "Cost of drilling each new development well(inclusive of the deeper play) has dropped by 30% over the last 14 months and is now below $1m. Remarkable considering the productivity were are getting from them." "If you look at the performance of the first 4 wells targeting the deeper plays, that has now given us the 'proof of concept', we think that getting to that 2,000 bopd in early 2018 is not going to be a big issue" "This is a posiive cash flow business currently generating circa $500,000 to $600,000 per month." At current oil prices - "at about 2,000 bopd we can consider paying out a dividend because of the cash position we will have on the balance sheet going forward' "Four of the 20 wells planned for 2018 will be exploration wells drilled on the Ortoire Block." "Q3 Results reported on November 13th will be more reflective of the performance of the last 4 wells(compared to Q2)".... "and will see the cash flows start to ramp up" "As far the the work programme goes, although many people are focusing on the next four wells we drill, what i really would like them to get focused on is the continuous well drilling programme that will start in 2018 - the 20 wells targeting the deeper plays utilising the new pump technology that we have" | mount teide
06/11/2017 20:49 | Quarterly production update next week? | brasso3

06/11/2017 12:08 | Encouraging to see Brent has again started the week strongly - up 0.5% to $62.6 | mount teide
04/11/2017 16:22 | Getting a bit sneaky aren't we roseanne? Knocking these whilst listing the stocks you have the biggest interest in? If you want trin and sqz deramped suggest you do it yourself rather than spending the weekend winding up others to do it for you or at least do it in a less obvious way. | bad gateway
04/11/2017 15:05 | Will get a look Div thanks. Been busy this past few weeks and haven't had much time to look in. | zengas
04/11/2017 12:31 | 'Economics of the business is still based on projections?' Sounds like the comment of someone who needs to do a little more research. The deeper plays are in ADDITION to the shallow plays and are turbocharging the economics of a business that is already cash flow positive below $50 oil from just the proven shallow play production. At the current market cap, with $62 oil the cash generation from developing the deeper plays in 2018($150k extra cost per well), has economics equivalent to lighting the afterburners on a jet engine. If the 2018 self funded 20 well drilling programme mirrors the performance of the deeper plays in the last fours wells and the POO continues to gently appreciate, the company valuation could see the management and shareholders putting themselves at risk of requiring medical treatment for re-entry burns on their foreheads. | mount teide
04/11/2017 11:56 | "Under the terms of the Transaction, Range has agreed to deposit the full consideration of US$4.55 million into escrow to be released on completion"....only delay might be T & T bureaucracy if that was what you meant Sleveen. | marvelman
04/11/2017 11:41 | Which makes me wonder if TRIN will receive the $4m from RRL by December. | sleveen
04/11/2017 09:32 | Zengas, if you are around, Can you cast your eyes over HNL in the light of their Engie-backed N Sea deal whilst they are still in suspension-mode? I am particularly interested to have your perspective against the TXP, and TRIN valuation metrics above. Comparing HNL's P2 reserves of 12mm and bpoed of >2500 then it is surely worth at least £20mn, if not much more with all the development potential. The only reason why it might not be valued correctly upon day one of relisting is because absolutely nobody is aware of the company. Though, the low share count, tightly held shares and zero dilution from the deal is the perfect recipe for a huge move when it relists. 24mn shares o/s at suspension, MC was £2.4mn. Thanks, Divmad | divmad |
