che7 - using the valuations of peers Cerp and Trin as a comparable benchmark, i defy anybody carrying out an objective examination of TXP's fundamentals not to put a valuation well North of 30p on the stock, with a further circa 100% upside potential at current POO in 2018 should the drilling programme progress in line with expectation, and considerable additional upside potential should the POO continue to strengthen and average circa mid $60's during 2018.

There's about 60k of stock available at 15.88p, over that and they want 16.25p

Market Cap up to a not too demanding £15.7m!

And remarkably for that, shareholders get exposure to a self funded drilling programme for 2018 of 20 wells and 24 well workovers.

TXP £14m, CERP £37m, TRIN £52m. TXP on fundamentals sits in the middle yet is valued at less than CERP who have less reserves and a third of TXPs production! Already cash flow positive here also, stupidly undervalued.
