13/7/2021 11:36 | Cheers, look's good. to me too. Here's the link: | rivaldo
12/7/2021 11:45 | On the Web site just up. Touchstar ATC unveils it's facestation F2 contactless offering. A really decent read, the high capacity and with the sectors mentioned, wow. | cocker
07/7/2021 11:12 | A piece on the Web site about subcontracted drivers and the use of TST's Epod system. Albeit a simple write up, but one just has a feeling that TST are in the right place at the right time and seem to have the offerings that have and will be taken up by the industry. | cocker
06/7/2021 11:58 | Cheers Elited10. The Hotstockrockets tip is now available here, but unfortunately subscriber-only.... | rivaldo
06/7/2021 08:48 | That's usually the kiss of death. | arthur_lame_stocks
06/7/2021 07:36 | Plus nice little tip on Shareprophets/Hotsto | elited10
05/7/2021 20:23 | Touchstar ATC to be rebranded as Refresh. Seems as if this part of our business is going through some exciting times having just read the piece on their web site. | cocker
30/6/2021 08:56 | yup looks like time for profit trade, has reached it peak at 90p, might find some support at 70p | onehanded
30/6/2021 08:21 | as always read the trade tape. Lumpy. | russman
30/6/2021 08:05 | yup clear SELL, so illiquid, a small sell could see a 10% fall. Expect profit takers to be out, seems very toppy at this high share price | onehanded
29/6/2021 23:19 | Post 1578 worth a read once again as just goes to prove how wrong some pundits can get it. | cocker
28/6/2021 21:59 | That is an authority for a share buyback (in the market). A return of capital is different & not taxable (so more useful to me) | russman
27/6/2021 11:12 | Correct, in fact agm 7.1 was to vote for maximum of 10% reduction in shares. This I believe is how they will distribute funds back to shareholders if they wish. Very complicated as always, but my understanding is share capital reduce, market cap remains the same and funds paid to shareholders as a one off and not a dividend. | cocker
27/6/2021 07:25 | The current balance sheet is overcapitalised. The rules for repayment of capital are different to dividends. | russman
26/6/2021 20:19 | ALS Thank you for pointing out the Retained Losses of £2,702,000 at 31.12.2020 in the Company accounts. These do indeed make a repayment of capital to shareholders more difficult and I doubt if it would be worth considering until these losses are reversed. | varies
26/6/2021 11:51 | ALS You seem to have missed a line in the recent announcement of results for 2020. If TST finds that it has more cash than it can use profitably in the business, the surplus will be returned to shareholders. This is unlikely to happen soon but considerable improvement is expected in 2022 and we might perhaps see a return of capital then. I have had what is for me a substantial holding for many years and have had a long wait to see the share price recover to where I started. I intend to hold on. | varies
26/6/2021 11:46 | I guess if being deluded means your investment strategy has given you a paper profit of almost 200%, then happy to carry on being deluded Arthur. | cocker
25/6/2021 21:10 | strip out the group HQ overhead and absorb the cash. ViaNET had a go years ago. | russman
25/6/2021 17:39 | Wow what a week, consolidation and a great TU, but by far the best part of it was Jeevsje and all the others having to eat a huge slice of humble pie. | cocker
25/6/2021 14:05 | When it moves & it will, watch how quickly we take out a quid. It maybe also worth remembering that with 750k worth of orders and probably 2 Mill now in the bank, TST must be a prime target. | cocker
25/6/2021 13:26 | Quite a few small buys in succession coming in this lunchtime after 12.50pm, including a 5.5k buy at 90p....I can't see a specific catalyst, but good to see. | rivaldo |
