Itinvestor, no they are not short as was very hard to get inside the spread to close a position. If they were short then the inside spread would be much closer.

Faaz, cheers, explains the rise yesterday and more today as I expected.
Itinvestor, only if you can sell more than you can buy.

Maybe investors have finally realised the fabulous opportunity here.
Still a great opportunity at these prices if willing to hold for 12 to 18 months. Or just a few months until farm outs are done.

Still a bargain. Much more to come when Walvis Basin and Orinduik are farmed out and even more when approaching drilling.

Total's quarterlies out resently. The huge Namibian discoveries are front and centre for their medium term growth. Fabulous partner for ECO to have.

'This move means that ExxonMobil is now the only supermajor absent from this exploration party'

Looks like it's Exxon. Replicate Guyana and i'd be delighted.

All the majors getting a piece of the action.Azule is a joint-venture between BP-ENI.PEL85 is now prime acreage. Immediately South, southeast of GALP and Sintana's vast Mopane oilfield. Looks like there is a chunky Cretaceous prospect not too far south of the boundary. I expect that will be drilled first.Cash
