Gil also said "25 days drilling pending any weather delays" and we do not know the spud date, or if it was delayed by some bad weather. We know when ops started but not the actual spud date.

Anyway......when the news comes is not important, the content of the news is the only important thing.

Maybe we are expecting news a little too soon after reaching drilling depth. I am no expert but it seems to me that the process of wire line logging to obtain meaningful data follows the conclusion of the drill and make take some days. Below is useful information explaining wire line logging.
