Touchstone Exploration Inc. (TSX / LSE: TXP), an oil and gas exploration and production company active in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, was notified on 31 July 2017 that North Energy Capital AS, a Norwegian incorporated company with registered address Tjuvholmen Alle 3, Oslo, acquired a further 1,185,000 common shares of the Company. Subsequent to the purchase, North Energy Capital AS holds 4,720,000 Touchstone common shares representing 4.6% of the Company's outstanding and issued common shares.
