Totally secures Urgent Care contract extension and new Planned Care contract

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, is pleased to report that the Group's Urgent Care and Planned Care divisions have been awarded a further contract extension and new contract, respectively.

In the latest in a series of contract extensions awarded to Totally's Urgent Care division, Totally's wholly-owned subsidiary and one of the UK's leading national specialist providers of urgent care services, Vocare Limited ("Vocare"), has been awarded a six-month contract extension worth c. GBP7.2 million (the "Contract"). Under the terms of the Contract, which has been extended to 30 September 2021, Vocare will continue to provide Integrated Urgent Care ("IUC") services for the South West London Commissioning Group ("South West London CCG").

Additionally, Totally's Planned Care division, which continues to provide a comprehensive range of treatments including Out-Patient Services, Referral Management Services, Physiotherapy and Podiatry Services, has been awarded a new contract to provide occupational physiotherapy services to four police forces in the South West of England. The contract is set to commence on 01 March 2021 and will run for a period of three years, with an option to extend the contract term for a further two years thereafter.
