Interesting how derampers try hard to straight away put a negative slant on the announcement. At least deramping at the moment is pointless because the shares are suspended!

a couple of months ago, they were looking for a MD for 3 of their subsidiaries.. Optimum Sports, Totally Health & PPH... demerge these???

Looks like they are merging the 3 subsidiaries Totally Health, Optimum sports & PPH into 1.. leaving About Health & Vocare as subsidiaries..

16:10 on a Friday is a strange time to suspend though. There doesn't seem to have been any unusual volume or price movement in the last few days, but they must have thought a leak was imminent presumably.

Or perhaps they see the most recent downward lurch as evidence of a leak - but there hasn't been much volume with it.

1gw does have a habit of posting BS and has often been wrong..as you know from his rthm/TAP posts...



His reasons for buying TLY was because the rewards outweigh the risks..
His reasons for selling majority of his shares was because the Harrisons sold out despite the CEO reassuring him verbally at the agm, that they would not do so at such a low price...

The agm was held on 10th Sept, 6 WEEKS BEFORE the 12 month lock in period expired. How would any BoD know what will happen weeks before a lock in period ends??

Yet TAP's CEO sold out despite their broker stating in an official document that they did not anticipate him doing so....

all that huffing and puffing, well written lengthy posts about the 'horrific' balance sheet ONLY to arrive at the SAME conclusion, that, imo, the rewards outweigh the risks...

Not just here but also on other shares, rthm, pic etc...


Was it ALL worth it?

Why not take a 'basic investing course' and you might learn something...

Thank you for the post about the bear case.

Having thought about it, I think the overall market conditions are too unfavourable here with the outsource sector generally being troubled (collapse of Carillion and shareholders being wiped out at Interserve) and the NHS struggling terribly with their squeezed budgets (NHS Trusts had a £1 billion deficit in 2017/18).

TLY may come through into profitability, but with margins likely to continue feeling the NHS budget pinch it’s difficult to see them generating any serious profits (if any).

If the July results Sikh mentions are positive, I may venture in, but until then I’m happy remaining on the sidelines. I will continue monitoring until then.
