He's reputation is probably more important than TLY... I doubt he would've become non-exec Chairman, if he thought TLY services won't work....

He's Chairman (exec/non-exec) of several plcs and has a good reputation...

Bob Holt will make this happen, he's too incentivized for this to fail. If the contracts come in, this will be a takeover target soon enough.

where do you think the 10,000 patients TLY are targeting for Phase 1 are likely to come from... I think it's Mears/Care UK??...

The target market is there on TLY's doorstep, without them having to spend thousands on trying to persuade other companies to take on their services...

So, they're targeting NHS (CCGs), non-profit organisations, D2C and D2B... that's a lot, maybe too much for such a small company???

Bobby, absolutely...

He certainly spoke with a lot of confidence... Look at Mears & Care UK... He's got a lot of experience in this area...

Nice fit???

Mears ..

"expert local care teams help thousands of people to live independently in their own homes"

Care UK...

Great to see Bob Holt holding 6% of Totally shares. So the new boy is not taking any salary until revenue's exceed £1million & he's pumped £60k in as well. Great vote of confidence.

The GM was brief but went well...

All resolutions were passed, for was around 180m, against 50-80K... that's around £1K worth of shares voting against...

MS is stepping down as he couldn't spare much time for TLY and he feels it needs someone who can.... He said he will not be selling his shares 'immediately'..

BLF launch date hasn't been confirmed but they expect sometime towards end of this month...

They hope to announce news on CCG contracts/renewals soon...

They said they now have some serious investors onboard, who believe in the business...

Bob Holt was present at the meeting...
He spent a few mins telling us about his Mears, Care UK and that he has a firm strategy... He mentioned his belief in TLY's D2C offering...

They firmly believe these proposals ensure TLY is taking a significant step forward in D2C, D2B and non-profit making organisations....

Pursuant to the terms of his letter of appointment, Bob Holt has undertaken to not draw any director fees from the Company until the Company generates annualised EBITDA of GBP1.0 million, following which the Company shall pay Bob Holt a fee of GBP30,000 per annum.Says it all about intent £30000 salary after company achieves £1m Compare that to 'life style' packages of most board members on AIM Recent example as exposed by TW is the Board of HCP -share prophet bear cast worth a listen I think we'll be ok here. Holt seem to be a supercharged Claire Wexler fur those who have been here long enough 1p

I'm of the belief that the slowdown in procuring NHS contracts is down to the liquidity of the company .............. Wendy mentioned a few times that the results of the programmes were good .........So no problems there ........
The funding and liquidity issue will be rectified on the 11th of September .................. We now have a strong back line of institutions .............with a great head honcho to drive us forward..............
Use of Proceeds

The Directors believe that the net proceeds of the Subscription will allow the Company the working capital required to: (i) implement the first phase of the roll out of the direct-to-consumer clinical health-coaching service (as described above); and (ii) further develop the Company's existing business-to-business health-coaching offering. The net proceeds of the Subscription will also provide additional working capital for the Company.

The Company will require additional external funding to fund the second phase of the roll out of the direct-to-consumer clinical health-coaching service (as described above).

The Board is confident that the conversion of the pipeline of contract prospects will improve following the implementation of the Proposals. However if the conversion of the pipeline were to fall below the Board's expectations, the Group would not have sufficient working capital for the next 12 months without the funds raised from the Subscription. Shareholders should therefore be aware that if the Subscription is not approved at the General Meeting and/or the Subscription does not become unconditional, the Company may not have sufficient working capital available to it for the next 12 months from the date of this announcement and the Board may, in due course, be required to take action to protect the interests of creditors.

The subscription is a no brainer it will happen...............The NHS will be satisfied the company is solvent .....
After the 11th the contracts will start arriving .......... Any before will be a bonus......... Ccgs will be planning for winter pressures.......... It's all in the above statement you just need to read it a few times .
