Sikhthetech,

You should have listened to me when I was trying to advise you to sell and cover your losses on TLY.

Your down over 85% on your pos TLY, of which you set up a premium ramping BB over ten years ago, lol!

The CEO said months ago "we have lots of contracts in the pipeline", where are they, lol!

TLY are losing contracts over "Quality performance" opps! Because your cost models which can't service the KIP's and your WIP is collapsing, lol!

Impairments and Goodwill need to come out in the wash and it's going to be dirty.

At the close TLY were 6p on the bid, lol!
Profit Warning coming. But you no listen.

What an embarrassment you are, lol, just lol!

Always best to do your research, read the facts and not the manipulative rubbish posted by the derampers, who have been continually proven wrong.

Company reports H1 within the next month.
The company has already said they have a revolving credit facility. Nothing unusual about that.
The company has already said they expect revenues for fy2024 to be below fy2023. Note they haven't said materially below fy2023 nor mentioned below fy2022. There should be further guidance in the H1 results.

Facts show the deramper's story and speculation have been proven to be completely wrong.

No evidence of significant selling by IIs.
All AGM resolutions passed.

No BoD has been forced out or resigned.

Dividend has been paid.

Those are the facts.

Thordon - the company has no debt?

Is that the same company that reported £2.5m borrowings in the current liabilities section of its consolidated balance sheet at 31st March, not to mention a total £11.2m net current liabilities?

And while it may have been marginally profitable in FY23, it was a different picture on cashflow wasn't it, with £1.6m net operating cash outflow?

STT 23 Oct '23 - 22:28 - 20491 of 20491

Last year, the company announced the date of their interims on 31st Oct and the results were announced on 14th November.

Therefore, I expect a profit warning to be announced over the next few days.

Have to laugh theres been a forward brokers report of reduced turnover and a reduced profit margin . However the company has no debt in profit and expanding in 2 out 3 division the third is the lesser margin of all 3.

NHS waiting lists in Wales hits record high.

NHS Wales waiting lists highest on record

Given the GE campaign will take place over the next few months, both Labour and Tories will have to promote their plans to tackle the ever growing waiting lists.

Sikhthetech,

I qoute you...

"NHS waiting lists in England reach another record high"

Yeah, cause they can't get the staff, lol!

Totally losing contracts hand over fist, the government "Red or Blue" always points the finger at the contractor, then sacks them.

That's what's happening to TLY.

I would sell up and get out while you can before you lose everything on your beloved TLY, lol!

Not much newsflash, is there Sikhthetech, lol!

Best to trade hyped sectors, lol!

SP drifting lower, lol, just lol!

NHS waiting lists in England reach another record high.

Both parties will have to do a lot more if they want to bring down the waiting lists.

This is an area that TLY works alongside the NHS with their Elective Care subsidiary.
