08/1/2006 06:19 | is anyone going to confess to be building a small stake here?? there are sellers about so i am looking to buy my own stake in the 30-40p range but somebody is spoiling my evil plans by propping it up at 40p+ | rarther
27/12/2005 13:15 | I think 30p would be an absolute bottom as no one is going to sell below cash value and investors like myself would see sub-35p as a super bargain. Also look at all that resistance at 35-40p | rarther
27/12/2005 12:50 | Predictions for 2006? | rarther
22/12/2005 13:15 | Theyve been sitting on their cash for years always hinting that they may make an acquisition if the opportunity arises. Dont hold your breath but at least we know they are prudent and I suppose if they do eventually make an acquisition its likley to be a good one. | hugepants
22/12/2005 11:35 | "Our interim results were released this morning. We are keeping the cash as security and in case there are potential acquisitions although we would prefer to fund acquisitions through share issues. If you have any further questions please contact me. regards -------------------- Neale Stuart Davies Investor Relations" | rarther
22/12/2005 08:53 | Yes, very positive outlook as well. I do not recall ever hearing TB being this positive. | rarther
22/12/2005 08:16 | Interim results Better than I expected. A marginal £61,000 loss helped by interest. | hugepants
21/12/2005 14:33 | Interim results out tomorrow then? BTW. Ive removed my property calcs from the 1st post in the thread. Im of the opinion that any revaluation should be treated as a bonus if it happens. The point is the property may never be revalued and even if it is it would probably be revalued on an "existing use" basis which may not reflect the true value IMO. dyor etc. | hugepants
16/12/2005 15:45 | someone is confident. | rarther
12/12/2005 16:21 | looks like they are reading this thread........ "Notice of Interim Results Total Systems plc, suppliers of cost effective and flexible software systems together with support and expertise for the financial services industry, primarily in the insurance, warranty and pension fund management sectors, will announce on Thursday, 22 December 2005, its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 September 2005." | rarther
12/12/2005 10:21 | oh right... thanks | rarther
12/12/2005 07:37 | The results are the 13th, not today. | fellowes
12/12/2005 07:33 | That's strange... they've always released interims at 7am sharp on a monday morning | rarther
12/12/2005 06:58 | Let's see what the damage is. | rarther
09/12/2005 15:41 | I dipped a toe back in today. Not particularly confident about results either but you can't get much cheaper than NTAV with a historically solid company like this. I find it hard to believe that brewin's £0.60m loss prediction came so soon after the profitable FY results with mildly positive outlook. Only £2.6m turnover forecast (-40%)... how poorly diversified are they? Also does anyone know what is happening with all the cash? ps. hugepants if you like tts fundamentals, have a look at ssp | rarther
09/12/2005 14:53 | Expect interim results next week. | hugepants
01/12/2005 09:48 | looks like it's only the 'incentivised' directors left in this one ? no trades for ages | rarther
20/10/2005 07:55 | Have a look at the new share options terms, announced this morning: Unless I've misread something, they look pretty stiff. John (Not a holder, but interested.) | jonwig
19/10/2005 12:26 | Hi HP-This was the last figure I was given by a Broker-i think he said 800/900 k so approx 1mln regards | rainmaker
18/10/2005 14:25 | Hi rainmaker Out of interest where do you get the 1M loss from? Is this another broker's estimate. Brewen Dolphin are going for 0.6M as posted by Bargain above. | hugepants
18/10/2005 12:43 | Doesn't look good approx £1mln loss dividend probably passed,no contract wins, overwhelmingly negative market sentiment as per constant stream of selling.Have to admit that I'm interested in TTS but not at anything like these levels. Definitely one to avoid at these levels regards | rainmaker
04/10/2005 09:23 | OK, so who's the big buyer today :-) TWENTY ONE SHARES at 46p? !!! | mctmct |
