I've done my research and find that you are talking unresearched nonsense!

They have several sources of revenue already and are not solely depending on the new contract revenue

Toople revenues improve as losses widen in first half

(Sharecast News) - Business telecom services provider Toople issued its financial results for the six months ended 31 March on Thursday, reporting a 10% increase in revenues over the second half of the 2017 financial year to £0.69m.
The London-listed firm said it saw a 63% increase in orders of revenue-generating units, alongside a 38% rise in billable customers.

It reported a 54% increase in direct small-to-medium enterprise customer revenue, and a 7% improvement in gross profit, compared with the previous six months, to £0.08m.

Toople's total loss for the period from continuing operations was £0.71m, widening from £0.6m in the first half of the 2017 financial year.

"The first half of this financial year has started well with continued growth in our SME client base," said CEO Andy Hollingworth.

"The decision taken in late 2017 to bring in-house our direct sales team has shown very positive results, with a 113% increase in orders in the first three calendar months of 2018 compared with the same period last year, a significant reduction in pre go-live contract cancellations quarter-on-quarter and lower costs of customer acquisitions.

"We expect this trend to bring even greater benefits in the second half as we refine our go-to-market strategy and deliver cost savings into the business."

Toople PLC (LON:TOOP) shares jumped on Monday morning as the company announced it has signed a contract with Manchester-based utility switching businesses.

The provider of bespoke telecom services to UK SMEs said the deal is expected to result in significant additional monthly revenue for the company.

Under the terms of the agreement, which runs for an initial three years, Toople will provide customers of the Manchester-based business, which is one of the leading energy providers in the UK B2B space with a full range of products and services.

Toople said all products and services will be delivered and managed through Merlin, the group's proprietary software platform

Customers like it and that alone is a massive plus when you are dealing in the smaller market sector word of mouth works well there.
They are queueing up to join Toop by the looks of things and a steady flow of new contracts will push up to 5p-10p in quick order.

Toople do not say who the "well known reseller" is or estimates of costs of running the migrated estate. IMHO the cost to an interested long term PI will fall to 003 004

Profits from the contract "are expected to be accretive to monthly revenues after an initial six months" with the 3.5M being "additional turnover" their is no explanation of running costs to Toople of this contract! This share will fall back rapidly.
IMHO its a long term investment that will be purchased at around 003 to 004 in short order. Plus Toople will need more funding to support this Major Contract Win.

They've had a fair few contracts recently before todays but don't say how much they are worth.


Details of some of the most notable contract wins are as follows:

· minimum 24 month contract with London-based bakery to provide full telecoms services to their 52 retail sites and company headquarters

o broadband, telephony and mobile Wi-Fi to all retail outlets

o high-speed broadband, IDSN connectivity and Wi-Fi services to headquarters and distribution offices

· 14 month contract with Southern based tyre company which also operates a fleet of mobile service vans

o all the business's mobile connections

· 24 month contract with a South East based IT, cloud and telecoms provider to move its wholesale telecoms spend to Toople

o contract expected to be worth at least £360,000

· initial 36 month contract with one of the UK's leading utility switching businesses

o a full range of products and services: business broadband, fibre, EFM and Ethernet data services, business mobile phones, cloud PBX and SIP trunking and traditional services (calls and lines) - all delivered through Merlin

· contract with leading energy business expanding its portfolio of products to offer telecoms and broadband solutions

o Toople will provide its triple play services to the business's clients

· contract with a tech services company, which will add telecoms solutions to their product offering and to be delivered by Toople
