Absolutely correct imo. A covid related restriction placed upon the permit meaning the company needing to submit an ammendment to the Health and Safety administration which won't be signed off in time to proceed before christmas. Not an issue for me.

In the scheme of things we are almost their but in new year and 17 days to go so i will reset my Christmas countdown by another 17 days.
Rmart could a countdown be added to the header?

No, a covid related annoyance I presume. As with over here the goalposts will be ever moving.

Thanks SL .. But PQE's error ?

due to Covid-19 related restrictions placed on the mining permitting authority.

I don't read it as a new permit, merely a new restriction placed upon the already issued permit due to COVID. Thus causing the slight delay.

So is it PQE that screwed up with the permit?

Not TOMco's fault / error ?

PQE do seem a bit of a cowboy / checks in the post outfit. DF

Sellers today, one and all are losing money. Buyers will be enjoying their fruits of success in coming months. Aimho

So reading it again they had to agree jointly a plan for mining operations , that's now delayed , but they started without it ??

The company must have a mining permit, otherwise how can they place a ban on mining?

an interruption due to Covid-19 related restrictions placed on the mining permitting authority. As a result, the Mine Safety and Health Administration ("MSHA") operating plan won't be released before 21 December 2020. I could see that happening if TOM BOD was in charge, but Valkor their partner, run by Stephen Byle, would not make that mistake.

I think Rmart does have a point about the sudden appearance of a permit or some other authorisation issue

Positively we have to assume they would not have commenced start up if it was an issue

But it does beggar belief ... How has covid impacted things ...people ill , revamp.of processes , so workload of inspectors / administrators slowed down ...it's all vague

Rmart been royally done over at RMS. £5m placing for short term working cap? Lol at you now rmart. Some people reap what they sow. Although you probably got out with a profit just before! I don't generally gloat over others losing money but I'll make an exception for you.

But Goulding your last statement is just a silly axiom. Everyone that holds shares in this Shamco, is and will make a loss. The suggestion that holding come what may will inevitably mean you make money is just the fantasy of the deluded. Of course they have lost money, but not as much as you will holding this confetti until the bitter end. Poor boy!
