26/3/2020 20:52 | Every thing about Tony in Botswana is coming up small. 2mw is small; small amount of power generation to run a gen set (can do that in my garage actually); happy to be sucked into a small temporary PPA (done to appease idiots like you); now on a small salary; small difference between 1.4 pence and 1.5 pence; small man syndrome who as usual can only see trees but never the wood (sorry, this is you, not TG); You actually are doing a better job at pushing Tlou share price lower than I am. Any small minded idiot that continues to fart in the face of thunder by trying to justify a 1.5 pence share price (it was 2 pence pre onset of virus if your small mind can remember that far back) is really standing out a genius or an idiot.... You dont need to tell me the answer - I am only pointing this out since it appears yet again you see the trees ... Keep buying mate. hope you get to your 1 million shares. Once you got those, only 449 million more to go !! | donkey40
26/3/2020 20:36 | Talk to me when you learn some basic knowledge Donk! A 5 year old could tell me the price closed at 1.5p , which strangely you cannot! If you don't know that he raised some cash to produce Lesedi #3 #4 and start #5 and that #4 is going well, and #3 less well , it is perfectly understable! Dodos are brain dead! Without the virus, we were gearing up for a temporary PPA using the gas that is being flared from Lesedi. The future beyond that is now extremely doubtful, in virtually all industries. Tony clearly saw it was better to use the gas to guarantee the dewatering process by directing the small amount of power to #4 and #3! If he crashed on with the temporary PPA it is doubtful the materials for distribution will be available, and even if they are, will erecting them be possible within a reasonable time. If dewatering takes a long time it is not as critical as it was a few months ago. TLOU look able to survive the pandemic , many won't , and hardly any start-ups like us! | nugacity
26/3/2020 17:41 | You are right Brad, I dont appreciate how clever Tony is but I do appreciate how stupid and blinkered you are! He kept things going when Bots messed up with the RFP - oh did he? Pray explain for the uninformed. And even if by a miracle you say anything that is sensible, whatever he did then, can you help me understand how whatever that was then, how is it helping us now? I seriously think you have left side, right side disconnect mate. And you and M/Miner and Chuckie Boy (although he is showing signs of fatigue) are very much in the minority nowadays ...... Closed at 1.40 pence today. Goops that's not good ! But no doubt it is all part of your dream world plan that Tony has been hatching all along.... | donkey40
26/3/2020 11:28 | If Tony's plan is put in place we can can have a lockdown whilst dewatering continues. Self-sufficient power will keep the dewatering going, even if the whole of Africa has no power. You really don't appreciate how clever he is do you? He kept things going when Botswana messed up with the RFP as well - we are so lucky to have TG in charge. | nugacity
26/3/2020 10:30 | Either you had a bad night Brad or you are starting to panic. Which is it? Was first trade of the day 1.4 pence the trigger? Directors taking pay cuts yet saying they will drill more wells - more Tony brilliance or more Tony disingenuity? Botswana borders closed to non-Batswana - a reason to speed things up or slow them down (even further)? Covid causing the world to enforced lockdown - and still you play the (late and great) Clive James mantra - it will be alright on the night. Brad - you are posting complete and utter unrealistic gibberish !! | donkey40
26/3/2020 10:13 | Bird brains tweet! Except you Donk, you are not bright enough to join the TLOU tweeters. Corvids et al are the brightest of the bird brains. You are probably considered to be a Dodo - a bird that isn't bright enough to fly! It won't be long before Tidd reappears to ask you to justify all your false news (if he has read any of it , which I seriously doubt), Dewatering can take years at a virgin site, but in a desert it will hopefully be half the time? | nugacity
26/3/2020 09:55 | Andy it was a discussion between bird brains. He doesn't clutch at straws? His list of false negatives is longer than his IQ - I am convinced by the scientists who say lots of flowing water normally leads to higher gas flow rates. We have certified the gas, it is flowing, we have the water likewise, the water stops, the gas flow increases, we then have commercial flows and bob is your uncle! Botswana are waiting for us to prove this is true and that their coal fields are not the exception to other CBM plants, which they could be! Less than a 1% chance? It is simple as that - no straws! TG cannot find new ways of saying it either! He must be as frustrated as I am that idiots like Donk are encouraging punters to empty their cupboards instead of filling them with golden shares. The price should be in double figures and are the bargain of a lefetime imo. Once dewatering completes , and it will if TG can use #3 and #4 to power the process indefinitely at minimal cost, Botswana will then open it's arms to TLOU and Sekaname. Mr Molale and Mr Moagi , the ministers , have both said they merely need proof CBM is viable. Dewatering is the only thing holding us up. A site's first dewatering is also known to be the least predictable because it often dewaters a huge surrounding area, not just the target wells. So this is an one-off delay at Lesedi. The story could not be simpler could it? | nugacity
26/3/2020 09:25 | 'But a birdie told me the company’s bank accounts were also in viral lockdown' *rolleyes* | uncle andy
25/3/2020 23:22 | The difference is I don’t clutch at straws. Nor am I the one trying to justify why everything is going to be ok given what has happened over past 2+ years ... You were right above - we are poles apart. And even there we cannot agree on the materials. Love the way one will be right and one will be continuing to change tack in the hope of finding that gust of clean wind. 1.5 pence and inexorably heading sub 1p.... Not looking too clever, is it. PS I would love them to drill more wells. But a birdie told me the company’s bank accounts were also in viral lockdown. My views are based on common sense rather than an attempt to discredit someone else. You should learn to think for yourself... | donkey40
25/3/2020 21:18 | If TG had not mentioned more drills , you'd have criticised him for being unambitious, neglectful or something derogatory! There isn't many bases to cover - so Tony is covering both of them? 130Mw is mentioned alongside 100Mw of Solar - leaving 30Mw unaccounted for. Wind doesn't feature much as a renewable in Botswana yet, so the 30Mw ,imho, could be 10Mw from CBM, plus 20Mw from Solar - both on the cards from TLOU in the next 2 years, virus permitting. | nugacity
24/3/2020 11:58 | Given that news release I think all shareholders are in the dark unfortunately . . hey but most of the board are still getting half their salaries so that's something to be thankful for (not) | ginko3
24/3/2020 10:28 | Not at the poles Ginko :O) Donk and I are in dark and light - poles apart? | nugacity
24/3/2020 09:44 | Donk; All bets are OFF, about anything other than that the sun will rise in the morning. | ginko3
24/3/2020 00:40 | Base rate is still 0.25% in Oz ... | nugacity
23/3/2020 23:28 | “ Kalahari Energy has an independently certified resource of 10.8 trillion cubic feet of CBM at its project.” With their environmental scoping and approvals nearing completion (if that can be believed), and the PPA negotiations due to start soon, sorry after Covid-19, so what odds does anyone want to offer me an agreed PPA before end of 2020? Another year gone; another year salary; another year of our shareholder money raised and spent - and how much closer to the promised land.... Tony is gonna have to dip into his Arrow and Sunshine doo ray mee and provide money ... Question is for how long? At least the rate will be cheap what with base at near 0%. | donkey40
23/3/2020 23:17 | Grow a pair and wise up you child. | donkey40
23/3/2020 21:06 | When are you going to learn that your opinion does not matter to anyone but you? | nugacity
23/3/2020 20:20 | BWP6 billion project for Kalahari Energy. Brad - do everyone, including yourself, a favour and stop posting about your pathetic petty cash transactions. | donkey40
23/3/2020 16:32 | Good news Donk! The price is down to less than 1p for me. I have made £700 on HL so my 54000 TLOU will only cost me £300 which is 0.55p each. Raising my buy by a share hit an unexpected milieston for HL - I now have 1000 instead of 999 which will make the dividend easy to work out. That money is in for the duration now. | nugacity
23/3/2020 12:38 | For someone so senior, that was childish. See ya when this viral drama is under control. There may not be a lot to do for the next while, and predicting share price movements can similarly wait. | donkey40
23/3/2020 09:27 | That's perfect Donk, I understand you have a lot on your mind. Selling your complete holding in the expectation of sub 1p (surely you put your money where your mouth is , seeing you have confidence in being right for so many years) , and watching the prices rise to 2.1p must be a bit of a blow. Keep your cool man ... you'll get sub 1p if you are are right. A big IF? I sold my X-O shares in HL in the expectation of buying them back cheaper before the next dividend. In the meantime I was going to buy some TLOU to reach a milestone. I need 54000 shares! They'd have cost me £910 on friday, but I'm switching to IG to buy TLOU and HL so I continue my £3 commission fee next month. The money clears tomorrow so my £910 will cost over £1100 today. No trades here or overnight in Oz .... I'd hope ASX might have followed the mood on Friday's FTSE. | nugacity
20/3/2020 17:10 | Tidd’s younger brother is on the ball and busy tweeting - Up 21.75% / 2.07 trades. And exactly what is his point here? Who is he trying to influence? The stock had tanked before the virus impact on the markets, and so we have a day with some buying and an uptick. Hey M/Miner - 2 pence is still 2 pence. If it is up 21%, then it jumped from 1.75 pence. Wow up a whopping 0.25 pence - we can crack the champagne now then !! Brad - I am going to focus on M/Miner rather than you for a while. He clearly is a company promoter of some sort - and those here that know me, know what I think about them!! And it is a very unprintable opinion... | donkey40
