Overwhelmingly successful?

'The drug candidate Foralumab is still in very early stage of development and its clinical activity has not been demonstrated in a larger number of Covid-19 patients' - quite far for any success don’t you think buddy?

I'm not swaying anyone as I'm also invested here but you have to be objective, there is something very bizarre going on here...

The RNS was good enough for me, reading between the lines the Brazil trials have been overwhelmingly successful, after all this is a Legal document and the company would lose sentiment at a crucial time of there was any negativity whatsoever ...

If you dont listen there is really no point explaining...

Please explain Impala, what has the board actually achieved apart from destroying shareholder value in Tils?

I can’t actually see what your doing here then! You’ve parked yourself here after being ousted from lse and constantly talk this down, with a know it all attitude and toatally disregard what the board have achieved and even saying they have there own agenda to screw shareholders.
I can only assume you were sent here to disrupt LTH into selling up, with an agenda of your own. No criticism Reb.

T/O will be according to the MCap and a proliferation of around 30/40% on the share price at the time...Unfortunately, i just don't think the 1B+ valuations will be realised by the investor community, including myself...

We just agree to differ. Both scenarios are plausible, what will be will be.Good luck Reb.

Bit much? - Blatant market manipulation will erode the MCap to encourage T/O at low valuations - surely that's becoming apparent now with such a 'Significant' pipeline. A bidding-war, this is small/medium-cap buddy and there's plenty of those offering great things in BioPharma....And noone will buy now at exorbitant valuations to realise the potential later (unless you're ill-informed), that is a given buddy!

most big pharma are facing patent cliffs over the next decade and the price/margins will be eroded by China's burgeoning drug market. They are all doing in-fill acquisitions at the moment, either by buying assets or Companies (Tesaro, Juno etc). I can certainly see Foralumab being bought as the data matures.

You could be right Reb, but I think with more than one Pharma interested low valuations will soon become high valuations. I say this because the industry and the market know the real value of a successful drug, especially in this league, that a sellout cheap will not happen as there’s plenty to go round if this is successfull.Tales of low sellouts, underhanded manipulation, conspiracy, etc, is a bit much don’t you think.

Definitely not an ordinary investor buddy, dependent on performance, he like the rest of the BoD have the availability of share options at a much more desired share price His lure at higher prices was to stop the rout - nothing else.
Without any doubt, it is being manipulated in the US for T/O at low valuations. The potential on a global scale is immense here but commercialisation comes at a premium - far more productive for GC and co (not the common investor) to realise the potential with 'Proof of Concept' and for BigPharma to realise the huge cost.
Unfortunately the common investor has been the 'Cash Cow' to enable progress thus far...

Very interesting comment 'TizianaTeabagger (on LSE) - 'Real Reason for share price rise',

I have to agree, it is being played by insiders which unfortuately is at the expense of investors for whatever reasons and the masses know my thoughts there clearly...but great commentary nonetheless!

...but remember the 'Champ' does not mess around so I'm glad the masses are now becoming aware that its doubtful the immense value will be realised by investors - there is always a reason for blatant market manipulation, do not be mistaken...And Shiraz I get the feeling you read this board too, consider derisking on any decent uptick with such a large holding - be prudent not irrational buddy.

...And noone is underestimating undoubted potential but the 'Common Investor' will not realise it. Unfortunately, 'Bigger Games' are being played here...

Aye, also note: TILS: TZLS-501, is the only fully human IL6 MaB therapeutic. This prevents people dying from Cytokine Storm and ARDS. Their IL6 drug, is the only non-intravenous IL6 MaB. Not only is it oral, and administered using nebulisation and inhalers (Also patented). It's dual acting.. A better version of Roche's Actemra. Which has flown through phase two trails very successfully and at Phase 3 now.... Roches drug is intravenous, mouse blended and single acting. If they nebulise that drug, patent executed, If any antiviral drugs are used with any IL6 drug. Patent executed.... This is only their COVID play.. TILS will be huge. 56m in the bank and this drug is being made. When Actamra Phase 3 trails finish and people realise what IL6 does for COVID, and Cytokine Storm and ARDS.They are taking the same approach with MS, cancer, Parkinson's, Crohn's.. I posted this heifer 7 Months ago:Tiziana and The product for treating COVID-19 (TZLS-501):On 11 March Tiziana dropped RNS 6926F. This RNS Advised that Tiziana, was expediting development of one of its drugs TZLS-501, a Novel, fully human anti-interleukin-6 receptor monoclonal antibody (Mab). The company entered a world-wide license of TZLS-501 in 2017 from Swiss biotech company Novimmune. Note this is the only Fully Human Mab of its kind. Other drugs such as Tocilizumab currently in trails for Roche. See that drug here in the U.S National Library Of Medicine. With A covid-9 Reference. National Library Of Medicine Tocilizumab (Actemra): https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32234467/  Then have a look at the interview with company CEO & CSO explaining the drug and how they stumbled on it after successfully treatment using Tocilizumab in Italy (Actemra): You can see Gabriele Cerrone, explain the above here posted the same day as RNS 6926F in the Proactive Investors video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mn0Uo4hoclE&feature=youtu.be
