                                Director's Dealing



The Company was informed on 12 May that Mr Christopher Stuart Jarvis, a director
of the Company, has today sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to another Director, Mr Christopher James Martin, for 101p
per Ordinary Share.


As a result, Mr Jarvis and Mr Martin have an interest in 76,500 and 42,000
Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 0.72 and 0.4 per cent. of the
Company's current issued ordinary share capital respectively.
