It was surprisingly quick, I suppose they had a condition to close the fundraising overnight. I would reiterate though that PIs could buy below 0.3p for some time afterwards.Anyway.The good news here (in the short term chart) is that the RSI is still under 70 - so the share price could keep rising for some time yet. Whether it will or not, who knows!GLA

Well possibly they could have got it away a bit higher, but the City spivs always need their pound of flesh.PIs were able to buy only slightly above the issue price for some time afterwards.Let's see how we go anyway. The new facility in Texas could transform the company's revenues in 2021 going forwards.

Cyberbub I think the company has done well in the past 8 or so months. The fundraise felt like a shotgun rush and came hot on the heels of two US Gov grants to assist TRX. My holding was decimated as a consequence of the draconian discount and share increase (sevenfold or so), and while one might say that the Primary Bid raise was open to all , it was; but only if, one responded within the few hours allocated for uptake!

A higher offer price should have been sought in my view. You may recall that the capital raise was oversubscribed.

We are where we are and good to see TRX heading North at a good rate.

GL to all long term holders.

I think they did alright personally, given how much money they needed to raise, slap bang in the middle of a global pandemic with medical operations being widely cancelled. Obviously it was a massive dilution but the prospects of the company are much better with the capital they need - and delayed/cancelled medical operations will hopefully rebound this year.

About time TRX got some love!

Yeah but it was at a gobsmacking discount (sp 0.25p) and led to a dilution of biblical proportions (7 billion shares)

A share consolidation is likely in my view adding an air of respectability and comfort and distance from the perspective of cheap and in floods.

Notwithstanding excellent recent rises!

The other good point with TRX is that the big placing last year didn't have mountains of warrants attached to it, which is always something that holds back progress.

Need to get rid of these nervous small time sellers first.

Perhaps if the company does a 100-1 consolidation and then a US listing, that could help to boost the share price substantially more as well.

Let’s stay realistic 1.2p short term target imo Anything above is a bonus, just tuck away millions whilst they are this cheap imo

Well fair enough Red Army. Who knows you might be right. I had previously predicted 1.5p-2p by Xmas but if the raging bull market continues, and if the company does better than expected then who knows.

Fundies are out of the window in current market . You only have to look at TESLA and many US stocks as liquidity is pumped in. Its simply the renewed momentum and the chart telling me 6p eventually.

Interesting Red Army. Can you give some backing to that in fundamentals?

I'm long here, and think it's undervalued, but 6p sounds optimistic. That's a market cap of around $500M - on your timeline the market cap would have risen by 30-fold in around 2 years compared to early 2020.

Of course I'd be very glad to be shown the error of my ways!

0.86, wow. There is no turning back from this. I got in at 0.59 and 0.67, but only after hours of research :) I read everything that was available and more.

Trying to not get too excited.

It's just the small 144k-share UT trade that has taken us down. Should be back up to the upper 7s on open tomorrow...

I note a huge late sell at 0.74p, offsetting the even bigger buy at .77p earlier in the day.... the MMs have made a fortune on those trades!

Bit odd that the last trade seems to have been at 0.79p (up about 10 per cent) - yet the 'close' value was up only up 3.8 per cent ? Anyone know the share price on the 77m trade please ?
